Beware...FDA will detain and destroy shipments to the USA
Beware; Shipments to the USA will be detained by the FDA and destroyed. Here is what I wrote to Snus24 and included is the letter I received from US FDA. Snus24 just said they had done nothing wrong...clearly the mistake is theirs.
Invoice #000050092 for Order #000061095. Detained in the USA and will not be released.
I received an email from one of your employees that you had done nothing wrong when my shipment has been detained and will be destroyed by UPS/ US FDA. Well, I want to argue that something you did or not do was wrong as this is the letter I received from the US FDA when requesting that my shipment to be released. The product lacks proper labeling as you can see in the letter and therefore got stopped. THAT is clearly a fault of yours. I do request that you credit me back the cost of the product and that you do it on the CC I used when purchasing it.

It appears that the product and manufacturer is on Import Alert 98-08: Regulated Tobacco Products Lacking Labeling Requirements Specified in Section 903(a)(2) of the FD&C Act. Non-Tobacco Nicotine (NTN). NTN products can only be legally marketed in the United States if it received premarket authorization from FDA. Without marketing authorization from FDA, a product is in violation of the FD&C Act and is subject to FDA enforcement.
Would you like an early refusal prior to the end of the hearing period 4/22/2025? This will give you the option to return the shipment to the exporter or have the shipment destroyed.
A refusal is FDA’s final decision that a detained shipment is in violation of FDA laws and regulations.
UPS will either export or destroy the shipment. Please contact UPS to discuss those options of exportation or destruction. A refused shipment must either be destroyed or exported under the supervision of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and FDA within 90 days of the date of the Notice of FDA Action (Refusal Notice).

Fast shipping and great prices
My order was assembled and ready for UPS pickup within 8 hours of placing it. All products arrived with reasonable best by dates. The prices are lower than most other shops and they have a pretty wide selection. I will certainly be using Snus24 again in the future. My only very minor gripe is that the website had issues with updating my cart as I was adding products.

Snus24 filled and shipped the order promptly. There was a weather related delay here in the U.S. slowing UPS delivery but this is by no means Snus24’s fault.
