Don`t recommend!
It was not possible to deliver the snus to my country and I asked them for a refund. Since then, they have been totally ignoring me and my requests. I highly do not recommend them. Total disregard for my requests on their part.

Best snus exporter in the world
Easily the best snus exporter in the world and they are well clear of the competition, both in terms of price and service.
Knowing how messy it can get at UK customs, I ask the seller to write "TPD18070" on the parcel label and both orders I've placed this year have arrived within a few days, without any hiccups whatsoever.

Shipping needs a major overhaul!
Fed ex is typically great, but not for your product. This is the 2nd time now there is no heads up on the delivery. They come by and leave a note they stopped by with no info on future drop offs (the fedex app doesn’t do any better, says can’t make changes pls look at the slip the driver left which has been blank both times). Other companies I buy from use UPS and they give you a heads up + leave a note saying we’ll be back between this time. It’s just crazy to me the vast difference in service when you sell the same product (especially when fedex is known to be better at communicating, so this could be an international or internal company problem I don’t know). It makes it hard to use y’all again in the future when you ship the product late + no updates from carrier until they made an attempt to drop it off with no future info on further drop off opportunities…….
