Good Snus. Fast delivery.

Ordered pouches that i didn’t receive, instead of refunding me or giving me points to use on the website they sent me flavours that i purposely didn’t order as i can’t stand the flavour. Not only that but i ordered 4x of the same flavour to which i received all 4 pots that are going out of date within the following month of receiving them. (Ordered Feb26 out of date in March26). 2 stars for quick shipping but i think thats even a bit of a stretch considering the huge inconvenience of the entire order. Wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone after this experience, it’s a shame they don’t have much competition in ireland because if they did, they wouldn’t be pulling moves like this. Very disappointing.

Wrong order and it took 10 days to come

Ordered from them twice. First time the order was okay except it wasn’t delivered on time. Second time the order arrived after about two weeks. All items in order where expired or 2 days before expiration date. Contacted support but got no response. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again, had far better experience with Nicopods.ie

Prices are fair and Quality is good..

They say next day delivery but took 8 days as they forgot to send my item.
They also sent me the wrong product and told me they will send me a label so I can return my product and they will send me the product I ordered, but never received this label. Waste of time don’t reccomend

Nobody speaks English at all. Indian folks running the business. My order never arrived after multiple weeks. Customer service couldn't communicate with me at all. They need to learn English first before attempting to run this crude mockery of a store. 0/10 for all 0 items that I received

Products delivered as advertised and in a timely fashion (1-2 days)

Ordered 7 days ago and order still hasent been delivered I emailed them and didint get a response , still saying order being processed a week later

Really fast delivery, great product Coco pouches which I am unable to buy in Dublin, and get them within 3 days using this service. Will 100% be using the service again.

Super sound people working there with a great delivery time. Myself I find it takes a day or 2 for it to get outskirts of dublin.
