They were amazing

They were amazing! Its our second order and we received both within 5 days!! on our first order, we had to reach out to customer service and they responded immediately and were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this company.

There was a problem with some of the…

There was a problem with some of the zyns i ordered, but it was on the manufacturing end. They sent my entire order out to me again for free with no questions asked. Although i did supply pictures as proof of the defective product.

They used to be a great website...

They used to be a great website to order from but unfortunately that has changed. I had an order of over $200 May 1st which got held up in customs and ultimately sent back or destroyed. Their website was completely down and they never responded to my emails. I've probably spend close to $3,000 with them over the years but they clearly do not care about their customers when they are knowingly and willingly sending product they know will not make it past US customs.

Customs Issue + No responses to 3 emails

I ordered from SnusMe on 5/7 when it was SnusMe.com and got a clear confirmation + tracking # on 5/8. And $ out of my account.

Days later, I checked tracking and it was then stuck in customs. I emailed and was assured everything possible was being done and it would arrive. A few days later I emailed back because still stuck in customs. No reply. Email a few days later - kickback email. Emailed the .io support email
with an order confirmation + tracking, no reply. Emailed again. No reply.

They seem to have good reviews on here, but I can say with certainty I am out $177.36.

if i could give 100 stars i would. this is the best company for shipping to the US and they deal with all the customs and imports for you and if there are any problems they take care of you i have ordered 15 packages so far some even being 9kg aka 18lb. so just order them use code snubie10 for an extra discount

Please respond to emails re refunds and claim and amounts

Thank you for replying to the first note. Wrote another email as you requested. As you are not following up with the emails, sending a message here as the claims and refunds must be taken seriously, and we should be notified. It isn't a change.

Customer service is everything, or as important as the quality f the products and variety. Second email sent after sending many with no response. Unacceptable.

Your products and service is great

Your products and service is great. It's just that the FDA sucks and holds my shipments and sometimes I don't get it at all. They say it has something to do with the labeling. I get my shipments only 50% of the time. If there's something you guys can do to make it easier once it gets to the FDA that would be great

FDA issues site and email down

I have ordered multiple times from snusme each time it got stuck in customs. They said it was the fda’s issues that they sent all the correct paperwork. I accepted it because I like the product. This time I ordered on April 3rd and now the middle of May it’s still stuck in customs a $378 order. Now their website and email is down. Not sure if the fda shut down access for Americans or what is going on. Out the money and have to find a new product I guess
