The excellent Customer Service I received from Demi was a pleasant surprise. She was very understanding of my issue and went out of her way to re-assure me. After our initial phone conversation she contacted me by e-mail to keep me up-to-date and she resolved my issue on the same day. She was very polite, kind and efficient and is a credit to her company, if only more Customer Service personnel were this invested in their customers the business world would run a lot more efficiently. Purchase of spare part not listed on website
Had sent a query a couple of days ago but didn’t hear a reply.
Needed to buy a spare part that I had broken.
Called up and part ordered quickly with a 1- 2 day dispatch.

Speedy turnaround
We had a missing part. We sent an email the evening before and got a response first thing.
A little back and forth to provide info but they always replied quickly, had the matter wrapped up within a matter of hours after their first engagement

Great help!
I had lost a part of the Snuzpod 4 and I contacted Snuz customer service. Demi helped me tremendously. She was very friendly and thought in terms of solutions. She eventually sent the missing part and I received it within a few days. Great experience with Snuz and Demi from customer service!

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately one of the products I purchased for my baby was faulty after a few months of use. I contacted the snuz team via email and I spoke with Demi who couldn’t of been more helpful, after sending the required information (such as proof of purchase etc) she instantly resolved my issue and sent me a replacement. Being a first time mummy to a newborn baby Demi made my complaint turn into a super positive experience and outcome and saved me from one less thing to have to stress about! Thank you so much!

Holly from customer service was great. My Snuzpod 4 zip broke after just 3 months, so I called the number and they started an email chain that day. After sending proof of purchase the replacement part was sent out and received the very next day. Thank you for taking child safety so seriously. And thank you for making it hassle free.
