Snuzkot replacement parts

Had lost two parts of snuzkot and initially found it tricky to get them ordered up and found they were quite costly. However the customer services was great and delivery was fast. Even when there was a small issue the rectified it very quickly. Fantastic products!

Great Products!

Great Products!

Please excuse if this sent twice, had a glitch with my internet.

This has been a wonderful company to buy my baby’s nursery products from. The team were very helpful and had good knowledge on the products.

Holly was very polite, considerate and helpful. She resolved my issue quickly and kept me updated at all times.

3 orders late or no delivery

My wife place an order and it didn't arrive (despite paying for next day delivery), replacement order took over a week despite chasing. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt but I placed an order on Sunday and paid for next day delivery. Its now Tuesday and still no sign. Products are good but service is terrible - stop using cheap, unreliable delivery services like Evri! It's letting your company down.

Everything suggests this is a premium…

Everything suggests this is a premium product until you receive it flat pack with a multitude of parts, poor instructions and parts that are dubious quality and don’t fit together. It is genuinely really bad.

Amazing Customer Service from Demi

Demi from Customer Services was an absolute superstar! Very understanding, lovely and professional to deal with. a true asset to the company. I had issues with a product and she sent a new one for the next day, which was a Saturday! Very impressed!

Amazing customer service

Received a faulty part where a fixing came out where it shouldn't have. Contacted Snuz on Monday and was helped by Holly, was all sorted and had replacement parts by Thursday. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant customer service

The customer service at Snuz have been amazing helping me with a issue I had with my snuzpod4,

One item was faulty so I contacted the team via telephone and same day they sent out a replacement for the faulty part on next day delivery!
Was shocked with how fast the service was.
Demi, who was the agent dealing with this issue for me was so attentive, friendly and understanding.

Highly recommend

We live in Sweden and bought SnüzPod 4 through Amazon. Being unsure about sheets and one step of the assembly, we contacted Snüz UK and have been helped by Holly. They have been very professional and polite and helped us in resolving all issues. I highly recommend them. Also the product has a great finishing and feels like premium quality.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service and such rapid responses! We had a faulty part for our Snuzpod 4 and the two customer service reps I dealt with couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful! I had a replacement part in 2 days.

Fantastic service and very helpful!

Demi really helped me out of a tight spot when I managed to snap a part on my sons bed (completely my fault)
