Great Energy Company

Wish we had stayed with Octupus

We are meant to have been placed on the EV tariff but having checked it through the night against the smart meter it's no different to what we were previously charged on the full tariff. We have raised this but their customer service is awful at getting back and giving full explanations. I wish we had stayed with Octopus and are just counting down the weeks until we can take this to the Ombudsman. I would not recommend them as a supplier based on my experience with their poor customer service

Still here

When I moved to so.energy it was just a small beginer in the business. I am still with them and they have grown considerably. I have not had any problems in all these years so I think Ill stay with them...........

I hate so energy's attitude to you…

I hate so energy's attitude to you paying them. i have a direct debit with them; if they don't take enough to clear the balance they send an account overdue letter - they have a DD - why don't they just take a variable amount? I now have an overdue letter yet my DD is due tomorrow and they could clear the balance by adjusting the DD. No one in customer service cares when you speak to them about it
