The booking system is diabolically bad
The booking system is diabolical. It is so bad, never works to make a booking, the oKta verification system asks you to verify, I kid you not over 10 times, and then a code is sent via email that never arrives. Now when you try to call direct to sort the booking out they won't take calls as I assume they are overwhelmed as no one can book online. They have great offers but they cant get the booking system or staff to facilitate this on the phone or in person - I tried twice and they just gave up because they couldn't get it to work either, very apologetic but no access to the offer, and that was in person after waiting over 15 minutes while staff tried. On arrival the booking system again is so slow and they take ages to check you in. I've been about 6 times between Bondi and Alexandria from December of 2025 to now and its disappointing nothing has changed with improving the booking system when they know it's a major issue. You'll definitely need a soak to relax to get over the clunky badly designed platform, the lack of ease and the frustration and time it takes to make a booking.
