This was the worst experience I've ever had using a proxy provider, considering how expensive their data is ($15 per GB I understand that is the standard price for unique residential proxies) but what I got was garbage proxies that were off line more half of the time me and my team tried to used them. Super slow when we were able to connect. Overall a really bad experience.
I will give them credit with their customer service, it was on point and almost available 24/7, but that does not justify how bad their product is.

This was a great proxy once upon a time, at the moment of writing they have had 7 day downtime. Always praised they customer support for the wonderful job they do. However the same cannot be said for the Technical. 7 days downtime - this is insane, not only this I would be able to use my traffic as my subscription is still going??? All they offer me is a free trial (100MB) when they fix it. G - thanks, what a generous offer.

Edit: I am bumping up the Review to 5* as Soax team really made an effort to repair the damage. The updated proxies are much better than before.

Final Edit: Back to mediocrity, cities like Toronto, Montreal etc with no connections. Low quality IPs.

Excellent service. Very easy to use, well designed (you control geolocation by changing the pwd in a specific way <3), very reliable, and as reliable for residential/mobile proxies as it gets, on top of that plans are well-balanced, for both: lower, occasional usage as well as high demand intensive use cases. That, plus support being very polite, helpful, and responsive makes it an excellent choice IMO.

First of all I would like to say that this product is really the best that I have ever found... I have tried many many Proxy providers, but this one has the biggest choice of countrys. The connection is really stable and really faster than many providers! At the start I had some issues about opening a website that I wanted, so I contacted the support live chat. This people there are really the most helpfull support I have ever comunicated with! The support helped me for more than one hour to resolve my issue and at the end they did! Soax offer complicated proxies functions much similar to brigtdata(luminati), but it's not complicated with great online support and nice FAQs.

Price is also reasonable for it's clean wifi & 4G proxy pool, so 5 stars to recommend.
