Package is still not arrived 11 day's…

Package is still not arrived 11 day's after ordering. And the communication with SOCAL is difficult, they reply slow on Emails, and if you call them you get the voicemail.

Great service

SoCal had items in stock that were sold elsewhere, reacted promptly when the carrier misplaced the parcel and solved for it fast. Great service.

Poor value for money

They charge £7.50 post and package for two lightweight cooker control knobs. They charge £10 for the knobs themselves. Exploitative.

I don't know if it's them or me.

I don't know if it is Socal or the shipper. The ordering process was easy but it has been a week now and have yet to receive my order. I called the shipper and the worker at the help desk didn't help me. I sent a request through their online portal and have heard nothing. I also replied to the Socal email I received about me making a mistake on my order and have not gotten a response. So far my £1k order is MIA.

Great service and friendly kind staff

Great service and friendly kind staff. I completely ran out of gas which was totally my own fault and they kindly delivered it to me within about an hour. Their usual service is also super efficient. I highly recommend Socal.

I recently purchased a BBQ that…

I recently purchased a BBQ that appeared to be in stock, only to have the store initiate a return process citing inventory discrepancies. Later, when I saw it back in stock, I decided to double-check with the sales team to ensure its availability. Their response? 'It might be wrong; if you buy it, we'll start the return process.' It begs the question: why show it as in stock if it's going to cause inconvenience and uncertainty for customers? It's just absurd.

Great service all round

Ordered a Gozney pizza oven, stand and cover from them. Great communication from Will and the rest of the team. Had a couple of questions and the person on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great to deal with and would definitely buy from again.
