No support and no access to the app
Everything was fine for 2 months. Since last week, I cannot get access through the app on my phone. I have contacted the socios support, but they wrote me that my email does not match with any accounts on their platform. Crazy. I tried my last option and used the beta version of the homepage and got access. My email is connected with my account! It was a bad support. I lost trust. I still don’t get access with my phone through the app.

Long transfer times
They lie about it taking up to three days to withdraw their CHZ token (when it shouldn’t even be close to an hour), I’ve been waiting almost a week.
All the other bad reviews are about how you need to transfer the CHZ to get your money back, well it seems like even that doesn’t work cause they just keep your funds in limbo.
The email they mentioned in the reply below is irrelevant and dealt with almost a week before this edit. 2.5 weeks transaction has been pending.

They make it virtually impossible to withdraw your money back. To trade their $CHZ crypto you'll find out that you have to download other crypto trading platforms. This complexity is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2022, regardless of existing/applicable laws. Instead, if you want to sell your tokens of a certain team, you have to find someone willing to buy them.
