So Collagen ...worth it.
I started using So Collagen nearly 2 years ago. In that time, I had many comments about my skin being so radiant and my hair looking glossy.
A few months ago, I started losing my hair and after working with a nutritionist, I scaled everything back and stopped taking all my supplements.
I've managed to stop the hair loss (thank you fab new eating habits and Women 50+ vitamins (I am 49) - and am just about to restart on this product because my hair feels thinner than it did and I can see the difference that stopping has made.
It's pleasant to taste, the monthly payment is not unreasonable and I could see the difference. Would recommend.
