I have three pairs of socosands sandals. Love them all, the pair I just ordered replaced the ones that I broke the strap on.

Love them, although the shipment has not arrived as of yet, but I am confident it will soon.

I have also been waiting over a month for shoes to be delivered. I just hope I receive them at all! phone number they give is not working and my e-mails go answered.

I ordered a pair of sandals for a friend and it took approximately 2 months to receive one pair.. I had to send a couple emails trying to find out what the delay was..
I finally received them but after my friends birthday which they were intended for..
I ordered another pair and it still took over a month to receive them as well..
I just ordered another pair a few days ago so I’ll see how long it takes to get them..

I NEVER received the shoes!!!! Please reach out h to me to rectify.

I still have never recieved my shoes it says they are being shipped and i've been waiting since July

I still have not received my sandals, and the tracking has stopped completely at shipping label received.. Please give me back my money or send the product. This is outrageous!!!!

Sandals are sold at a great price. I can't speak of quality because I haven't received them yet. Shipping takes too long.

I ordered two items several weeks ago, and neither has arrived. I received notice that the items were shipped, but I haven't seen them. I rated my experience ONE STAR, but if I could have, I would have rated it ZERO! It's impossible to rate something you haven't seen, so I'm rating the service (or lack of it) from your company.

I ordered these shoes in early June and I still have not received them. I contacted the company three times and no answer. I checked the tracking and it says shipped but it doesn’t have any info on tracking.

ordered shoes two weeks ago with expedited shipping. They havent shipped yet and I cant get ahold of anyfrom this this company. Awful customer service.

Impossible to get in touch. I’ve waited several weeks and still no shipment. The 2-5 day shipping is bogus. I smell scam all the way.

Never order directly from Soco Sandals website. They claim they we will receive it in five to seven business days. That is absolutely a false claim. İt took more than eight weeks to get mine. They say it has arch support and my wedge sandals have none. İ will never get another pair from them ever again. Found better options on Amazon where returns and purchases are much easier.
Their customer service sucks. Always says the representatives are busy and will call back. Never say when they will. Do not know if they did call back. İf they did was when İ was out or when İ was asleep. They also never did call the number I left on the message. İ left my cell phone number and they called, if they did, the land line. They probably expected me to quit doing my job and wait by the phone for then to call back.
