Update:
After my review the shop answered here and gave me the mail address from their Danish Shop to which I send the mail again (my first mail was send to the German Shop). Within 24 hours the problem was resolved and a package with a new pair of the missing earring was on it's way.
Thank You Lotte for your help, I really love the new earrings as well as my other jewellery from So CPH and will recommend your shop.

I ordered around the 15 of November a necklace, a ring and two different pair of earrings. The package arrived within an few days.
Unfortunately they only send me one pair of earrings and one single earring. I contacted them directly via mail and until today (about a month later) had never received an answer.
I am very disappointed in such bad customer service and won't place any orders in the future even though I really like the necklace and the ring I brought.

Just ordered few days ago and in this busy black week they still sent it out in a split second.

Let me start by saying that the shipment was super fast. I ordered the wrong size and followed the return process. I was contacted by Lotte, she offered me the different sizes but I said that I am not sure which one should I choose and then she informed me about a different model of ring that is fully adjustable. She proposed to switch the rings despite the price difference in my favor. I just received the new one with a cute gift. They look great and don’t leave any black marks. I highly recommend it, customer service is wonderful, shipment is fast and jewelry is beautiful :)

I have sensitive ears and have struggled to find titanium earrings from a local brand - well, I am so glad I found So Cph because not only do they have many options of titanium earrings, they are all absolutely stunning too! I placed an order for three gorgeous pairs that arrived shortly after, packaged beautifully and with a personal thank you note!

A few weeks later I emailed So Cph with a query and the very next day I got a phone call from Lotte inviting me to come down to their showroom so she could help me out in person. She helped me pick out two new gorgeous pairs to add to my So Cph collection!
