I am fairly happy with my coat I ordered from SOERA, I ordered the Andrea faux fur coat in white, I do not think it is worth over £100 which is what I paid for it, it is fairly nice though, also enquiries that I had regarding my order where responded to quick

Trench coat listed as cotton is polyester

Trench coat listed as 100% cotton is 100% polyester and no refund available. The shipping took over 3 weeks. It was a cheap plastic Shein/Ali Express product with a Soera swing tag. AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company, I would give a 0 if I could. Soera presents as a legitimate (possibly UK business) with good marketing on the garments, but is just a factory in China churning out rubbish that is upmarked for European customers.
I ordered a dress that was discounted at £45 at some point mid-March, it did not arrive until mid-April, and I then realised that (1) the garment looked nothing like the pictures and (2) is nothing anyone could ever dream would amount to a proper size small (3) is poorly constructed and has no lining, so that it falls weird on the body. I emailed Soera for a refund and they said they do not offer free returns, they offered me a 105% store credit instead (which I obviously did not want because they have shown that the quality is terrible), when I pushed back they offered me a 30% partial refund and when I pushed back on this, I was told to fill in returns: returns are to Guangdong China and they have to be tracked or you will not receive a refund. A tracked parcel back to China, with duties could cost more than the dress itself and so I strongly recommend anyone AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Scam company

Terrible company, the products are a scam. I bought a bright purple cardigan and the version that arrived (after almost a month) was a pale pink colour and totally different fabric.
They don't refund you for this, instead offer 'store credit.' The cardigan cost £40, not acceptable.
DO NOT BUY.

Do not order!

They will not refund you, just push partial refunds or store credit. I followed their instructions exactly to get a refund and after exchanging about 10 emails back and forth they still wouldn’t give me my money back. The item also looks so much worse quality in person than their pictures online.

This is the worst store

This is the worst store i have ever ordered from, there communication was shocking , the quality of the clothes was disapointing. Eventhough the item was not as described and didn't look anything like the picture i still had to pay international shipping costs which then resulted in me getting no refund as it costs the same as the two dresses i ordered. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

I wanted to cancel my order and I knew…

I wanted to cancel my order and I knew it wasn’t shipped yet cause there was no tracking. Then as soon as I was in contact with support I requested the cancellation and then they were pushing the delivery through even though I told them I need it to be canceled cause I’m not at the address then they said they can intercept the address. Then I told them if you can intercept the address you can deliver it back to them as I saw in another review if you want to return for a refund you would have to pay to deliver it back to china. Then they continued to create a tracking number and then said they couldn’t change the address. Also note their tracking site is not a courier so they were lying when they said it was already sent cause there is no info on location. This place is a scam do not buy from them if you search online you can see other reviews stating this, I was a fool to not research first.
* update I got a refund after much back and forth with their support email they said I couldn’t get a refund even though I won’t receive the package. I submitted a request to my bank regarding them and as soon as I told them this they processed my refund.

This product is garbage

This product is garbage. They advertise that this product is developed in NY, but this is actually trash from China. The phone number is from Califonia- all in an attempt tp deceive the consumer. I returned this item at my own expense, only to never receive a refund - although I jumped thru every hoop they required. These people suck and they will not issue a refund.
I got an email today saying my return is held up in customs for fees and tariffs! USPS says it is a lie. It is unbelievable the lengths this unscrupulous company will stoop to in order to not refund my return. I am reporting them to the FTC today.
NOTE: they indicated in the last email I received that this return is being held up in customs- for tariffs
! This is a blatant lie- as verified by the USPS.

Good Experience

It took a while for the jacket to arrive. But when I received the package, I was very pleasantly surprised. The jacket looks exactly like the pictures and the size is perfect. I will wear it with pleasure.

Do not use this company!! Chinese company not in Europe.

Do not use this company!!
They are a Chinese company and delivery times are completely wrong on their website.
Their URL is structured to make it look like they are based in the UK or even in Europe, but they aren’t!
Keep your money and go elsewhere to a trusted reputable website do not use.
