Buying from a team that knows the products inside out and provides expert advice is a fantastic experience these days. We made contact via the internet but also visited the shop 'in person', which was helpful. There were no problems with subsequent communications - I rang two or three times and always got straight through, or left a message and was contacted shortly afterwards. Delivery was on time, courteous and painless, and the sofa bed looks just great. We bought the wooden arm covers (which we hadn't seen anywhere else) and are pleased with them, too. All in all, Sofa Bed Expert is a great company with a very high level of customer service.

Great service and great quality
The process for ordering is simple and straight forward. Delivery time frame was spot on. Comms from the delivery driver were excellent, even calling to ask if it was OK if they delivered earlier than expected. The actual delivery and installation was smooth and quick.
The quality of the sofa bed is exactly as described. The seating and "mattress"area are firm and comfortable. The operation to transform from sofa to bed and back is so easy and quick, and only requires one person. Great quality and exactly what I wanted.

Delivery drivers did a great job building the sofa bed which is stunning. Then took all the packaging away, very professional team, am very happy with the whole thing.

We were so delighted with the first purchase and the service that we decided to purchase a second sofa bed.

This led to a third purchase, this time a straight sofa that they commissioned to match the previous purchase base.

I ordered the wooden arm covers for my sofa. They arrived on time and as described. The design is unique and I use them all the time for putting my coffee cups on instead of a table, and are the best buy I’ve ever made😁

The sofa-bed is way nicer than I anticipated. The sample books are lovely. The delivery was perfect and it was all explained to me whilst setting up. All the packing materials were removed and it all went so smoothly. I'd highly recommend the sofa and the company. X

From the first phone call, I was impressed and thankful that my questions were answered and the ordering part was easy, especially as I live very far from Bognor Regis.

I knew what I wanted to order but my mind was made up when I received the swatch book and touched the material. My old house has some difficult passages for a sofa to get through, but the men who delivered it managed a seamless move by actually taking off the sofa arms! Nothing was bruised, bothered or bumped. The delivery men were extremely pleasant and very polite, and efficient.

As for the quality of the sofa bed, it is excellent. I love the colour and, of course, the material. I have purchased a beautiful piece of furniture that’s durable and comfortable. I also appreciate the extras that were included!!!! The storage Ottoman and fitted sheet complete the whole set.

Good advice when visiting the showroom. Delivery on time and very very pleased with our new sofa bed. Big choice of fabric and really well made. Would definitely recommend and only a short time between ordering and delivery. So comfortable as a sofa or bed.

I ordered a fitted sheet on the 26th of July and it took a month to arrive. No updates from Sofa bed expert to let me know how my order was progressing so on the 19th of August I emailed them asking why I hadn’t heard anything. They replied “ Please accept my apologies for the delay.
We were waiting for the new batch to arrive.
The sheet was sent yesterday by Evri courier.” And it was delivered on the 21st. I wish I hadn’t bothered getting a sheet from them because the quality of the sheet is poor as well

My small sofa bed is exactly what I wanted excellently made looks beautiful in my small space,so glad I bought it from sofa bed expert, the guys who delivered it were fabulous put it together in a few minutes took all the wrapping away with them very polite and professional looked at lots of sofa beds until I found this company so glad I did would highly recommend.

The sofa bed is great size, firm, solid, good quality, lovely colour. Beautiful as a sofa, good for occasional sleepover use. The delivery guys were great, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Not giving 5 stars as admin needs to be slightly improved. Timing was a little longer than expected but they compensated with offer of gift, which is great, but I had to remind them to send. They were responsive.
Overall good service, but perfect sofabed.

There was a slight hiccup with the delivery date, but it was quickly resolved. I'm very pleased with the sofa — it looks great and transforms nicely into a bed. Would definitely recommend!
