The sofa arrived expertly packaged. Simple and neat.
The transport company had an issue with the delivery but the customer service of sofa company took care of it and sort it it promtly. Really wonderful sofa. Would buy again

I ordered the sofa via the shop in Antwerp, everything went very smooth. There was an item from my order which was not available. Until I asked the customer service , nobody informed me if i prefer partial delivery. Once I asked for it, it was perfectly okay to deliver it partially so I received my main order item on time. But, in my opinion, partial delivery should have been offered proactively.

Dealing with staff in store - five stars
Dealing with staff by email - five stars
Delivery - be afraid, be very afraid.
Two failed delivery attempts:
1. They did not dispatch at all, delivery partner claimed they did not have the sofas on that date (why confirm a delivery date and time for that day?)
2. They did not arrive during the designated time slot, they did not approach the apartment door or press the call bell, drove away without communicating.
Successively delivered on third attempt although still filled with problems.
- Did not provide a designated time slot in advance, meaning I had to contact the sofa company and eventually the interim delivery partner to get confirmation.
- I waited at the door for two hours for the drivers to arrive.
- Once there, they claimed that my name was not on the door and this was the reason their second delivery failed. I was all too happy to show them my name on the door to prove them wrong.
Over all a bad experience.

The staff member who assisted me at the time of purchase was very kind and provided pleasant service. However, I was not able to specify the delivery time as I had been told, and the delivery person only brought the item to the entrance of my apartment building. I had to carry it to my home by myself.
