Love my new sofa
Would def recommend sofaland our sofa only took four weeks to arrive. I Was contacted the day before delivery with a estimated time then on the day when they were 25mins away. Love my new sofa looks so much more expensive than what we paid. Thankyou sofaland x

Absolutely love our new Windsor Chesterfields. 1 x 3 seats and 1 x 2 seat. Amazing price and amazing service from Sofaland.
The 'Wine' colour is exactly that. A rich wine colour. Not a bright red as they appear on the website. We were delighted by the colour.
A bit of a worry buying from the website without having seen or sat on them but we are thrilled to say that the build quality looks great and although a bit hard to start off with the seat cushions have become super comfortable after a few days.
They arrived almost a week earlier than expected which was fantastic.
Dave and Luke our delivery guys were exceptionally professional and courteous. They delivered and assembled the 2 sofas into our living room with ease.

I ordered my sofa and chair approx. 1 week ago. I received my order today. From start to finish my service was 1st class- and I mean that. From ordering online the communication from sofa land has been excellent. I was kept fully informed at every step and even today when my delivery arrived in a very timely fashion with advanced notification . The delivery men were brilliant. The sofa and chair were well wrapped and protected, they removed all the packaging and put the feet on both items. They even took the wrapping away!! I was and I am delighted. Both products are extremely good quality. I will not think twice in ordering from sofaland again and will happily recommend to friends and family including those of you who may read this review. Cannot recommend highly enough. One happy customer. Thank you.
Better than expectation
Although it may be too early to say this as my sofas have just arrived but so far, Sofaland has impressed me beyond expectation. Ordered twice from some other websites and returned immediately due to poor quality and completely different look and feel from what they said on the site. For now, I am totally happy and would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone and everyone I know! LOVE MY NEWS SOFAS!!!!!!

Brilliant service. Salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy for a sale. Sofas came within time quoted and delivery men were very efficient and good. Quality of sofas are excellent.
Very poor customer service on the Aftersales team
3, 2 & 1 seater sofa delivered on 14 January 2016. Paid in full. All went well with delivery, very friendly, no concerns. Five weeks later, 29 February, a foot collapsed on the 3-seater sofa. I contacted Sofaland, obviously Aftersales don't open Mondays. I sent an email, got responses until an Engineer came round. I was told the damage is reparable, but I opted for a replacement. Because I have had the sofa for 5weeks, Sofaland quoted Acts that waives my rights, so all they can do is repair. Left no choice, I accepted. Lesson learnt, Sofaland furniture are not covered by any warranty, once delivered, you are on your own.

Pleased to say Sofaland made contact. A third party company came round, fixed the collapsed foot without a new leg. Today Sofaland sent their men in, replaced four legs and left me a spare. Took a few minutes. I must say I am pleased it is all over and just hope I get a few years out of the settee. I am pleased for a revised rating g of a 3. Sorry Sofaland, I appreciate your efforts, but a 5 rating goes to the sales and delivery that I cannot honestly fault. Aftersales, a 3 , needs to improve. I would be lying if I say otherwise.

Delivery men were polite, courteous and efficient. They unpackaged the sofas in the van, brought them straight in and assembled quickly. VERY happy with the sofas ! Great quality. many thanks, sofaland !!
Wonderful delivery service
I had a delivery from Sofaland. The day of the delivery was agreed by me and I was told I would relieve a 30 minute warning telephone call. This duly happened and 30 minutes later the van arrived. 2 very polite, cheerful and helpful staff made the delivery and put the furniture where I wanted it. The staff were a credit to Sofaland. All in all a very satisfactory service.
Goods are fine but communication dreadful
Finally took delivery of a leather footstool today. Whilst I am very happy with the goods received it has been one of the most frustrating processes I've had to suffer. Communication to try and arrange delivery has been entirely one sided (my side) and when I eventually saw some progress I was asked to pay again! I have had no apology for the poor service received and I definitely wouldn't deal with this company again.
***************UPDATE: attempt to 'buy' a better review. I have just received an email from Sofaland as below. My review is an honest one based on my experience. Compensation as an apology is one thing but to do it to get me to increase my feedback score is just dishonest. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Customer service cannot be bought!

Delivery of chair was excellent - two guys dropped off article right by back door and we're polite and friendly a real credit to your company. They phoned half hour before arrival and didn't get lost - can't speak highly enough about the service. Seemed genuinely happy in their work. Chair is brilliant too.

Beautiful sofa
I have found this beautiful Chesterfield sofa for such an amazing price. At first, I was sceptical as it seemed too good to be true. I decided to take a gamble as buying such furniture online is not always what it looks on the picture. I am so glad that I did as now my lounge looks so classy. The quality of the sofa is much better than I expected and the colour wine red is just perfect. The delivery men unpackaged it and place the sofa inside for me. Very nice people. I highly recommend this sofa and this company. :)
