The staff were so helpful on advice regarding stock and quality of goods. Delivery of goods was quicker than expected and exceptional. Would recommend sofa land to anyone

Found the exact suite we wanted at Sofaland. Salesman not once pushy, let us walk around the showroom at ease. Purchase transaction excellent. Got kept up to date with delivery schedule. Delivery team rang in advance on the day to give us the exact time of arrival. The two guys that arrived were very couteous. The suite itself is excellent and well worth the money. All in all, an excellent all round service. I would definitely use Sofaland again and would highly recommend them.

Happy with the products, purchased 2 x 3 seaters and 2 x 2 seater settees, one of the settees was wrong which was i must admit was a manufacturing error and not Sofaland's fault, wrong settee in the right box scenario, even so Sofaland offered a refund of the delivery charge as way of compensation. The delivery men were very polite and extremely professional and i would highly recommend Sofaland.

Had only seen photos of sofa on the website before ordering so was a little apprehensive. Very fast delivery in under 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with my sofas. Just as good as the sofas from the big named brands and at less than half the price. Would definitely recommend to others

This has got to be the nicest sofa i have ever had and at half the price is a massive bonus!
It is well made, comfortable and expensive looking.
The salesman and delivery guys were very cheery and helpful.
Had a call half hr before delivery so i didnt have to wait in all day.

From ordering to delivery had been a fantastic exierinece , delivery guys buoy the sofa and put wrapping in bin , enquiries at initial time of placing the order where most helpful also.

We visited the showroom in Warrington on the 17th Jan 16 spoke with Glynn in the office, that we had been let down by another supplier, ordered a corner Rix suite on the Sunday, Del was made on the 29th Jan. Excellent service from Glynn and Phil in despatch, very pleased with corner unit, would highly recommend Sofaland.

Visited the Warrington Showroom to see what the sofas were like in the flesh, really impressed with the variety and quality of the stock. Had the chance to look around the showroom without being pestered by sales staff and was informed that if I seen a sofa that I liked then to ring up and order and they would advise delivery dates etc. We decided to order the regent 3 and 2 seater sofa and waited just under 3 weeks for delivery as I was moving into a new house and advised that I would make contact when I moved. I got the keys and made delivery for the following Friday. The delivery guys rang and said they would arrive in 30 minutes time, which was great as it gave me time to move any furniture before delivery. The delivery guys were very nice, curteous and unpacked the sofas and asked were we would like them to be put in the living room. The delivery guys put the sofas were I requested and gave them a wipe with some leather cleaner as they were slightly dirty from the van. The delivery men were lovely and provided great customer service.
Would recommend sofa land to colleagues and friends, we are really pleased with our sofa.

Communication was 1st class with a call a week before delivery and a call an hour before delivery. The chair i ordered is better than i could of imagined for the price. The delivery lads also offered to construct it for me but i was happy to do that. I highly recommend Sofaland to anyone wanting a quality service with excellent prices.

great sofas, great price, great customer service, and they brought the sofas in and unpacked them and took all the packaging away with them, great service altogether.

I'm giving them a 4 just because they repaired my sofa which was torn in a week of having it. Went through a lot to get it fixed though.

I found all areas of custom service excellent. The sofa I purchased was exactly as advertised and very good value for money. Delivery was within 2 weeks and delivery team was really helpful and respectful of my home.
