I love the sofi combination of technology and taste! My passiflora flavored plant pod delivered results, and peace of mind, helping me sleep and feel less anxious. Can’t wait to get my next one!

I always had problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night. Since I started using Sofi pods with Ashwagandha and then Valeriana, I started getting more restful nights and sound sleeps. These sprays are really effective and the app is easy to use and journal your exprerience. Nice design as well. Highly recommend them.

I have recived the pebble but the Pioneer pack is not arrived since 2 months.

I love this company and product! It’s been a life-saver in my day to day. My sleeps are so much more pleasant and uninterrupted. I’ve also felt a significant reduction in my anxiety. Extra props for it being vegan!!

Since I’ve started using Sofi I’ve been getting much better quality sleep; I wake up feeling energised and refreshed. I recommend Sofi to anyone who has trouble sleeping or low on energy.

I've loved the sofi journey so far. Having tried out Valerian and passiflora, with both different results. Passiflora gave me amazing dreams and the valerian basically knocked me out. When I started this I wasn't really sure if it would work, but have been very pleasantly surprised :) The app, the website, and the community have all been given great attention and is beautiful as well as functional. Top marks from me!

Can’t praise them and their products enough

Having had sleep issues for a number of years, I stumbled upon Sofi when researching whts to improve. This was when I became a pioneer and I've been on the journey since.

I've been grateful for the various sprays sent and tested. Whilst some sprays weren't to my taste, I kept using as the benefit has resulted in improved sleep and reduction in anxiety.

Its been a great journey, and I'd highly recommend using the sprays.

I have been lucky enough to be a “Pioneer” for Sofi. Testing the various formulas (which come in spray form which you take orally) and giving honest, daily feedback via an app. The whole experience has been wonderful. Put simply, for me at least, the spays work. I have had the best sleep in years since being part of this process. I have tried many other products and supplements for sleep aid and nothing has come close to the effect Sofi has. It’s easy to take and has a pleasant taste and there are no side effects (again, for me at least) and no groggy feeling upon waking. The Sofi team are all great and responded quickly and directly to any questions I may have had and added to what has been a fantastic experience so far. I can’t wait to continue…

This is a lovely self care routine. It took me a while to get into it and to be consistent, for me personally I feel these don’t mask my sleep problems they actually help me to solve them. As said it does take time for me 1 month, I had to remind myself these aren’t sleeping tablets. So I don’t wake up with a groggy headache. It is more gentle but long lasting. Really happy with the product and the customer service is beyond outstanding.

I just turned 89 years old and have struggled with my sleep for the past 50 years, which I unfortunately believe was caused by a self-inflicted sleeping pattern. Once I began with sofi formulations, I found that even if I only sleep for a couple of hours, I doze intermittently for the rest of the night - whereas before I would just stay awake for hours, until finally just deciding to get up. I took my sprays again last night and managed over 5 hours sleep, plus dozing on and off maybe an hour or hour and a half stints. I am certainly feeling more rested. It was probably not the best time to test it with the stress of recently moving house, but I am almost there now. Very relaxed and my body too! I am able to be more active for longer periods of time and able to carry on sensibly without losing my temper. All down to the Valerian I think.
