It was a smooth journey through the procedure. The staff explained what was going to happen next. I didn't have long to wait between the various parts of the process, good transport to the clinic and hotel.

Was given a patient plan.for my full jaw restoration.with all costs.no hidden fees or surprisers.you are given an agent who oversees everything.mine was Kris a really nice guy who spoke perfect English
And really made you feel at ease.stsrted treatment on the Monday and finished on the thursday.all done like clockwork by surgeons who do this day in day out they are at the top of the tree.the clinic is superb and extraordinary clean.dont be fooled by teeth in a day to do a proper job it takes time.Sophia Implants don't take shortcuts .they put the patients first.you will not be disappointed.

Tree months ago I completed my implant journey at Sofia Implant Center (it took me a while to finally leave a review 😁🙄).
I am absolutely delighted with my results. I did struggle a little with my speech for about a week, but that’s a completely natural part of the healing process 🙈😁. Now everything feels perfect.
I love everything about my new teeth — the color, shape, and overall feeling. They feel so natural, just like my own. My confidence is back, I smile much more, and I truly love the new me and my new smile.

My experiance of going to sofia for much needed help with my teeth i was welcomed and made to feel at ease. My journey began with x rays and 3d scan with determined all on 6 both upper and lower jaw could be achieved and would be the correct treatment for better oral care. Before my teeyh were super sensitive no matter what i tried after bone loss and was a real daily struggle. Late afternoon on the first dental appoinment i had my extractions and upper jaw implants placed, 2nd day lower jaw repeated treatment. I was amazed on day 3 how much time and care is taken to take accurate measurments ready to bring my face and smile back to life. Day 4 my implant bridges were fitted and was able to leave the clinic with a full natural looking smile, if that wasnt enough after just mild pain during first few days of healing which was nothing that painkillers couldnt take care f i am now smilling daily and have no pain , no hot/ cold sensitivity and can maintain oral care without jumping through the roof top in pain.
Do i think those at sofia dental implant are wprth a visit for dental implant needs , most certainly i do , they are worth their weight in gold and then some. My only constructive bit of advise from me is my clinician choose my tooth shape for me after i chooose the colour, at first i didnt like them but that was simply because i wasnt used to my teeth being straight and having a correct bite, after adjusting to my new smile which didnt take long i can honestly say if i needed to i would do it all again in a heart beat .

All the staff were brilliant , especially Kris who was in contact with me the whole way through my visits and if I had any kind of problem Kris sorted it out ,nothing was any trouble , The surgeons were great , they put you at ease talked through everything they were doing , definitely would highly recommend Sofia implant Centre to anyone , a few of my friends and have had procedures done themselves and were very pleased with they treatment

5* treatment, all of the staff were very friendly and professional. From the drivers who meet you at the airport to all of the staff in the clinic. I couldn't be happier with my new smile! Special shout out to Kris who was my first contact from the clinic I was a difficult customer to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I have just had my first stage of treatment completed (crowns) as well as root canal treatments and fillings. I am very impressed with the service I have received so far. I am very anxious around dental treatment due to bad experiences in London however, my dental surgeon made me very comfortable and provided a pain free treatment. I have now had my permanent teeth nearly six months. They've changed my life for the better. Prior to the treatment I had very little confidence and certainly didn't want to smile. The minute both my temporary and permanent teeth were fitted I was able to talk better and had the confidence to smile without worrying what people would think. Since having the work done I've received loads of compliments. If you're researching having implants then seriously consider the Sofia Implant Centre. My experience was very positive, the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I hated visiting the dentist in the UK, and okay I didn't really want to go to Sofia but I had no choice otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat. However all the staff at the centre were lovely and really helped me through the process, always available to answer any questions. I have already recommended the centre to several of my friend who require potential implants.

Doing research more than year and I’m over the moon with results, all peoples very nice and competent, treatment rooms on highest level, and prices unbeatable. All time contact with Kris and every question answered and everything explained. Highly recommended for everyone.

I recently had my dental implants done, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process.

The procedure went smoothly, and the staff made sure I felt at ease the entire time. My implants look fantastic — natural, comfortable, and a huge boost to my confidence. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and really well organised, which made the experience even better.

From arriving to my final day i was treat so well.... everything was explained in detail and communication was kept up right through the whole procedure putting me at ease

I visited the Sofia Implant Centre last week for the implantation of 2 implants and 5 porcelain crowns. To be honest, I am thoroughly impressed by the complete professionalism of the entire team and their friendly, patient-oriented approach.

From the very first consultation, I was given a detailed treatment plan with a clear, black-and-white description of all the procedures and their exact cost. There are no hidden fees, which is incredibly reassuring. I paid half of the cost during my recent stay in Sofia, and the process was completely transparent.

The care for international patients is outstanding. They even offer private transport from hotels, which is a wonderful touch. A special note on their patient care: every single patient, including the local Bulgarian patients, is guided through the entire process "by the hand" – everything is clearly explained and organized for you.

So far, after 4 days of visits, I have 2 implants placed and one crown mounted. The rest of the work will be completed in about 6 months after the implants have integrated with the bone, which will be my final visit.

A small piece of advice for fellow international patients: Why not turn your trip to Sofia into a fascinating city break? The clinic is located near a metro station. Public transport in the city is excellent and very affordable, with all announcements made in both Bulgarian and English. Sofia is a captivating and one of the safest capital cities in Europe, with so much to see and explore. Be sure to try the delicious local cuisine and the exceptionally good Bulgarian wines! (Unless, of course, the clinic prescribes antibiotics – then the wine is off the menu 😄, but the city is still absolutely worth it!).

I wholeheartedly recommend Sofia Implant Centre to everyone. In fact, I've already recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues right after returning home. I'm already looking forward to my final visit!

Perfect from start to finish I can’t praise Sofia Implant Centre enough. Trust me this is the place for dental implants at a affordable price.

I couldn’t praise the Sofia Implant Centre highly enough. Given the type of surgery and the cost involved, you have to do your research to make sure you choose the best option.

I was impressed when I initially contacted the centre and spoke to Kris, he gave me a full overview of what I was likely to need doing, and the process and cost, providing me with all the information necessary. I did enquire with other clinics in other countries, but came back to Kris in the end. What I liked was that he wasn’t a pushy salesman and gave me the headspace to decide what was right for me.

The centre arranged everything, and confirmed my appointment as soon as I had booked my flights. The Metropolitan Hotel Sofia was fantastic and reasonably priced due to a discount with the Implant Centre.

The day after arriving, I was met at the hotel by one of their drivers who take and you to and from each appointment. On day one, I had 3D scans, a meeting to discuss my treatment plan and then once agreed, a meeting to discuss the financial side of things. Once agreed, I returned for a clean and descale and was booked in for surgery and for the implants the next day.

Whilst the surgery was pretty invasive, I can honestly say, it was pretty much pain free and other than some swelling, it was a relatively stress free experience, not what I am used to in my home country. The next couple of days were spent having measurements and impressions taken before having my temporary crowns etc fitted ahead of the zirconia ones which will be fitted in 9 months time after osteo assimilation.

Everything from the sales consultancy, to the dentists, the nurses, the drivers and the receptionists has been 100%. If you are thinking about taking the plunge, do it!

The attention to the needs of the client was second to none from arrival at the airport to the transfer back to the airport at the end
The dental staff were clear and concise as to what they were doing and what could be expected afterwards the breakdown of charges was clear and no unexpected charges were levied the whole process from start to finish was painless on every level I would recommend it to anyone requiring dental treatment in fact I have recommended my brother

Arrived Monday the 27th of October my dad was very nervous 😬 we got picked up from the airport and taken straight to the clinic where he received his plan. On the Tuesday we were taken to the private hospital to have a heart scan and blood test as dad wanted sedation as he’s so scared! All teeth removed Wednesday where he didn’t even feel or see anything as was sedated Thursday check up. Friday before we left temporary teeth out in until permanent ones put in next year. Experience was 10/10 the staff were fantastic. Kris was amazing. Reception staff were lovely. Would recommend 💯 my dad has gone from anxious wouldn’t smile to looking 10 years younger and a new man! Really professional service. So pleased with my dental treatment, but also how honest and clear the transaction was. The price was explained and didn't change. There was help offered with hotels and other transport. We were driven from and back to the hotel for appointments. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Dentist was super and there was no pain. Reception staff efficient and pleasant. There was also a contact person who you could contact about any issues. Highly recommended.😁
