This is the 2nd time I have completed I won’t be doing a third.
I was happy with service I as given from explaining the measurements, cleaning and delivery thank you K.

Gary was spot on made the experience really easy and positive for us, this was our first sofa and he helped us envisage it really well

I found there was no pressure to buy until iwas ready to buy then the staff was very help full and new what they was talking about.

We saw two salespersons on different weeks, they were both excellent in their approach to us and their knowledge of product.

Honest opinions and perfect assistance

Just bought a couch less than two weeks ago. The couch was delivered on the 12th of September, when the delivery driver brought it in, he looked at the size of the room and the couch and said, this is yours now as we didn’t estimate the size of the three seater and the two seater, we contacted the store and immediately got told there’s nothing we can do. It’s yours. We asked if they could work with us and we bought the love seat and returned the two seater, but they just said no absolutely terrible service and even worse aftercare will never buy a couch from Sophology ever again. PS, this is our fourth one in 10 years. We’ve bought from them. Very unhappy, I’m very dissatisfied with the service. Avoid like the plague

The staff were great , especially Rebecca- I was in numerous times before purchase and she was absolutely great - a real asset . James was also great on purchase day . The staff are very good - not pushy or overbearing- exactly the experience you want

Lauren at Solofology Speke was great, she gave me time to have a wander around the store before I came back to the Alder sofa I had chosen, she was also patient whilst I decided if I wanted to add a footstool and moved it in line with sofa for me to visualise and test it. I felt more comfortable to purchase my sofa without a pushy sales person.

Rebecca was great to deal with. No pressure. Let us browse and when we were ready to discuss it was a really good experience
