Tried the free trial and the product…
Tried the free trial and the product was great, decide to pay for it and cant get it to work, nowadays when you buy something you expect it to work straight way, or at least have some support. They claim to have a 24/7 support, all a lie. For a tech company you expect it work better than this.
I emailed as requested and I still haven't hear it from you. Its funny that you have the time to reply to reviewers but cant be bother helping your customers.

Softorino YouTube Converter -great for education!
I use Softorino YouTube Converter to download educational YouTube videos to show to my classes. I find it much easier to download a video and add to my slide presentation than to have a link, which then takes you out of your slides and then to YouTube. This makes it seamless and had improved my lessons dramatically! It's a great tool to use!

Great attention by customer service
I’ve been using Softorino for a few years now and although I don’t use all of their apps I can personally recommend their after sales customer service. Any advice or small query is immediately attended to. I would certainly encourage anyone to use the choices that Softorino offer for phones, pads & laptops. Excellent service.

I was experiencing a software issue and contacted Support. They responded immediately and were aware of the issue and already working on it. Shortly thereafter they sent me an e-mail that the issue was resolved with a software update. The update did indeed fix the problem!

Very poor product and service
Purchased for the ability to download videos on a MacBook Pro. I got an error message even after downloading and resetting a couple of times. Reached out for help, nothing after several
Emails. Then asked for a refund and again nothing. Eventually after another email and threat that I would get this refunded through my credit card provider, it was cancelled and refunded today. Very poor service and very disapointed.
