Bought Office for Mac and received the License Key and link to install.
Did struggle a bit to get office to accept the license key, eventually the office 2021 was activated.
Communicated via email and received good service and prompt response as I was sitting as a client to install the software.

Bad very bad
Bad very bad, horrible.. and a waste of my money. I purchased a software, they sent me a download link.. I am able to download the apk to launch the installation but ends up failing all the damn time in the midst of the installation.
At this point I believe that software boys might be scamming people their money, if not so then just know that I paid for the software but I am currently without the software
