I have bought software from Software Boys three times, without any difficulties or delays. The interaction during the purchase was very professional.
There was an issue with one of hte software packages that I purchased a couple of months later, and when I raised this with softwareboys, they went out of there way to assist and resolved the issue in next to no time.

Customer Experience was okay
I am sad to report that after i bought a software from them, i have not received the files to install the software. Tried calling them a few times and no one picked up.
Updated: Team promptly assisted me after this review and shared that the number is for whatsapp support only. Hence, there are some gaps in the communication channels that i experienced as a customer. However they rectified it today and tried to assist. So, i wish them all the best in growing their business.
