I purchased Microsoft Office and it totally stopped working in 90 days.

I purchased Microsoft Office and it worked for exactly 90 days and stopped. Totally quit.
The customer service is on-line chat and is only open from 5 p.m. until midnight CST. I asked for a new package; a key that would work on the existing package and finally a refund. NOTHING. This is a scam and I am embarrassed I fell for the discounted pricing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I hope their mothers are proud of them.
