I’m not exactly tech-savvy so going through the process of downloading and opening the files was a bit of hurdle for me. I had so much trouble making sense of things but instead of getting frustrated with my a million questions, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I paid for, was comfortable and that I was generally okay lol. Service like that is incredibly rare and I appreciate it still. Thanks again!

We still using windows 7 as our operating system due to the Rockwell applications that we using and is only compatible with this OS. As time passes these desktops start failing. Thanks to these people who help me to active the windows 7 after I installed it on a new HDD. I highly recommend this company for supporting. Once again thanks.

To be honest, installation wasn't as intuitive as I thought it would be. I tried downloading as soon as I received a link instead of waiting for the key to arrive and consequently wasn't able to register the product. I did have some emails back and forward but it was a misunderstanding on my part, regarding how to install the software, but they provided very helpful advice and I got there in the end. A good company to deal with and I would use them again for future software purchases.

Initial product key did not work. Response to my query was quick and second key provided worked.
