I purchased two programmes in quick succession. The process was easy and the link and first key arrived very quickly. A minor problem was very quickly resolved. The second purchase was equally easy with the link arriving immediately after purchase although the key arrived after a couple of hours waiting. Again a query was promptly dealt with by a person (not a bot) on the end of the line. Recommended.

I bought from Hong Kong MS Office Professional Plus and had delivery within minutes after my credit card payment.
Used the licence key and installed, the whole process was smooth and perfect.
I have not dealt with SoftwareDistributors.co before and was impressed by its efficiency and reliability.

Having read some of the poor reviews I was initially dubious. However, went ahead and purchased Outlook 19 to replace Outlook 2007 and promptly received download link and software key. The software installed fine but threw up consistent error messages 'Outlook cannot display this view'. Contacted Software Distributors support (by email) who responded quickly and helpfully to point me in the right direction to solving the problem (basically stemming from conflicting data on my Microsoft account). Would use Software Distributors again.

After an initial mix up with recieving an email with the Licence Key code, the administrative team were most helpful and quick at resolving the issue. Software downloaded and up and running without an issues, would recommend

I wanted to upgrade to Outlook 2019 so i could continue to use it on Gmail as soon older versions will not work. When i installed the stand alone Outlook 2019 i completely deleted my Office 2013 install. I was told by SD support to reinstall 2013 but it would not install until Outlook 2019 was uninstalled. Luckily i had the DVD for 2013 or it would have been ugly. Have to admit that the support was prompt but I believe this issue is unresolvable so don't try it.
SD is not happy with this review - i only did the 1 star because the software is useless for me. In fairness the product did install and worked and the key was good. They said said i should have checked the compatibility in advance - easier said than done. Anyhow i will upgrade to a 3 star because it's not their fault. Hopefully they have some way to pass the compatibility issues on.
Once again i have to upgrade - to 5 star. These people bend over backwards to accommodate you. After my issues they gave me a good deal on an upgrade and everything works great. Thanks guys.

I've recieved the KEY a few hours later.
I havent used it yet, so if something goes wrong I'll come back

I downloaded outlook 2019 and because I am not that computer literate I was able to get remote assistance to complete everything a very helpful agent.

SoftwareDistributors deserves full marks. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could purchase English-language software (Microsoft Office) while ordering from Japan and in which my purchase didn't require a subscription plan, only a one-time fee. Also, the price was by far the least expensive I had seen. I was a little unclear about how to activate my purchase due to a legacy licensing issue, and the SD Support Team sorted things out straight away, an easy fix, actually, which I was unaware of. In short, my experience was smooth and painless, unusual for me when it comes to technology!
