I would have given more stars but the wait for an agent was very long. After he looked up my account and made a change in the backend, I can now log in, but ONLY with the login link in his e-mail. The login on the actual page for Softwarekeep.ca rejects my credentials. That's probably not Paul's fault but it means the fix is a Hail Mary and I need to flag the message from him for future logins.

At first I had some issues at first loading ms office 2019, user error. I simply started all over again with the instructions provided via email and waalaa my ms office is installed and working!!!
Will be referring this company!

Hi, The chat was fine, Joe was nice and polite, I was looking for drivers. But after I got the link for the page of drivers I felt like it was a big set up. Kind of a scam. He never said he was sending me to pages to buy drivers, Plus the drivers didn't do me any good without someone telling me which one to get. He didn't want to be helpful that way. Just wanted to give me the link to the page. I had a Windows 10 crash on my hands and was missing usb drivers, that's why I started the chat in the first place.

I bought Microsoft Office for Mac and had trouble using it once it downloaded. It ended up being because I had a couple of old Microsoft accounts and was using the wrong one. But in the meantime, I reached out to the guys here several times and they helped me so much...hung in there when I was making rookie mistakes and were very gracious with their time. I was impressed.

The fundamental question is will the automated upgrade to 2019 from 2016 run all the way without stopping? Is the Virtual Machine a show stopper?

(03:28:34 PM) JD: Thank you for waiting. Upon checking, the VM will remain the same after the upgrade.
(03:29:06 PM) SH: A IT company we work with is saying the VM would have to be removed first. From what i read, this was true for Server 2008, and 2012, but not Server 2016, which is what we have. As you said the 2016 Server environment is fully supported.
Did the upgrade from 2016std to 2019std on a Dell PowerEdge R510, VPN services, File services, and two Virtual machines. Yes VMs must be shut down before upgrade, but nothing else. Upgrade went very smoothly, no errors, no warnings. After file download, there is a configuration \ environment evaluation period. This took 2.5 hours before install of components started, add an hour. After reboot had to manually install several of the latest 2019 updates. VMs started OK, no issues. Where is that "That was Easy" button?

Thank you for the excellent services I received from Joe. I was not able to install Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus Open Academic and contacted the company. Once I purchased a new laptop I contact the company and within less then 30 minutes Joe asked permission to take charge. I asked if I could help before Joe could answered he was completely finished. Such a breath of fresh air, he was awesome. This the company that I will recommend to my friends. Thank you again, Mary
