We purchased a 2nd Office20201 for another computer. However, we could not activate it. Kept getting the "No License Found" message. Faris and Joe worked for over 2 hrs. with us to try to resolve the issue, but to no avail. The rating isn't about the support--they made valiant efforts. The rating is based on the fact that we still can't activate Office2021. I contacted Microsoft support and the tech there tried many of the same methods. Still no deal and we still can't use the product.
