The password I was provided was rejected and the last 3 messages sent have been completely ignored. I had an IT expert take a look this morning and he had the same problem with rejected passwords...

Brilliant post sales support
We bought multiple licences and it was easy to install the software and get it working. We had a problem with the last installation - not the company's fault - and I couldn't get it to work. They kindly provided a new key within hours and it all worked fine. Thanks!
