Good service! Have been using it from 9 months. Service desk reply on time

We have been working now for 2 years. The service has always been very professional, fast in customer friendly....

Purchased in December 2025 a lifetime licence, the product was working fine, until 3 days ago.

I emailed the company with an explanation of the problem, they sent me what appears to be a WIP number for their support team.

Not heard or seen any information from them.
UPDATE:
Received email with a new login,this has worked, they have a policy called a 12 month warranty, if your product fails they replace the licence.

I screwed up my Office365 for Mac licence by trying to add a windows device. Totally my fault as a silly thing to do but it meant that my existing three devices lost all access to Office365. I requested help from the support team and was sent a replacement licence so access restored. Thank you SoftwareSupply.

I purchased more than 10 Microsoft Office licenses from this seller about two years ago. Last year, several of the licenses stopped working, and after contacting support, I was provided with replacement credentials.

Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again this year. This time, support replied:

"You have purchased a license with 1 year warranty. Your order was placed in 2024. Your account has expired. The order was placed more than a year ago, so the warranty does not cover this after the 12-month period has passed."

This response contradicts what was advertised when I made the purchase. The licenses were sold as having no expiration date and unlimited/lifetime warranty, which is how their products were marketed.

I pointed this out to their support team, but I have still not received a reply. As a result, I was forced to purchase replacement licenses from another seller.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller due to the lack of consistent after-sales support and the failure to honor the advertised warranty.

Yes, I did had a problem with the account all of the sudden after using for 8 months. However, their service is excellent. They literally replied my email within a minute. And problem was solve right away.

Very prompt customer service. I had a problem with a product I purchased, and the fix was provided in minutes compared to days with other providers. The software products are cheaper and right-priced compared to other vendors.

UPDATE:
They reached me and replaced office so seems legit, yet it took some time so be patient. Replaced review from 1 to 4 because of that. It took some time (yet it was weekend & world cup), yet I would suggest to do some auto-emails in case of mass problems.

My personal experience, buying product from this company was good. Activated the software following the instructions they gave. Once I had issue and contacted them, resolved in less than 10 mins. Recommended.
