Fast and friendly

This stuff is amazing. It got to me fairly quickly. I put one rodent repellent pouch in my small kitchen and have not seen a single sign of rodents since.

The Sofrye website was very user friendly, payment easy to follow…my order shipped and I’m waiting for it to arrive. I’ll let you know how it works after I’ve used it.

Fast shipping, and natural ingredients! Pet safe is a must for my purchases......hopefully the rodents plaguing my house and shop ran for the hills! Have not seen anything since I placed the product around the trouble areas.

The product seems to be working. Live outside city limits and the deer mice are invasive... since I laid these out, we've been trapping them like crazy. Mice definitely don't appreciate what I've done... TOTAL THUMBS UP!!!

Over 2 weeks since ordering. Nothing delivered, tracking leads to a blank page. Had to cancel auto subscription that I was unaware I signed up for. Do better! Find another product.

The company keeps sending me product and billing me monthly even tho' I made only one purchase. They do not respond to my emails. If a purchaser uses a virtual credit card, Sofyre can't be found in your list of virtual cards - it is under the name Robinbeautique if you want to delete the virtual cc they are using.

No customer service - No delivery
Order placed May 8, 2026 and that's the last information received from them. No delivery and no response. Shipped from China somewhere according to a tracking number and lost somewhere in USA.
No response No customer service number to call. Credit card charged so company must be fraud.

I ordered a one time purchase and they signed me up for a subscription. The package I ordered will last me over a year so I would not order another one each month. They are apparently known for this. I didn't check them out because they seemed legit. Now they charged me and haven't even received the second order. They are avoiding complaints to their help department.

Only 1 star because there isn't a lower rating. I can't comment on how well or poorly the rodent repellant pouches work because I never received my order. Contacting the company did no good at all as they take no responsibility for selecting and using less reliable carriers to deliver their products. Tracking information provided claims my order we left "at or near" the mailbox but security cameras show no delivery at the date and time recorded in the tracking info. They have now stopped replying to inquiries concerning the issue. It maybe a great product, but I won't be trusting Sofyre enough to place another order.

Sofrye rodent packets? a scam, mice chewed and dragged packets from small entry hole. Should have known, When a company starts off purchase with the recurring subscription scam it's all down hill. Those packets couldn't cost more than 10 cents apiece to produce.DONT DO IT!

It has been worse than worse. All you get is a computer It has been two months now and I still don't have my product. I think it arrived at the post office but it was postage due and I didn't know what it was so I refused. They don't have real people to talk with to get this situation resolved. I will never trust them again.

Be advised that they hide an auto resupply in your order. Shipping times are extremely long and the tracking number they give you leads to a blank page. Even the "Shop" app can't find my order. Order confirmed 5/10/26 as of 5/21/26 no active tracking. No response from company other than Ai fumbling lies.

This company's sales method should be illegal!! I am now in membership HELL!! As someone else said, customer service is non-existent! Only wanted one-time purchase to try product. Not only do they continue to send product, AFTER my emails to cancel, they also charge a monthly membership fee. Would never buy from them again, due to their unscrupulous ways...obtaining credit card info, leaving the customer with NO control.

Terrible products and customer support is non existent. Charged me after cancelling subscription, attempted to cancel my order but was ignored. Attempted to return but zero response from customer support after several emails.

I received the product, put it all over the house, and I still have a mouse issue! Do not waste your money!
The product does not work.

Terrible company I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks regarding a return order. I accidentally ordered way too many and I have had no response. This company is a bunch of crooks.

Don't waste your money! This product is useless. The rats just walk over it to get to the food!!! We put it in our chicken house, and it does not work!!!

The pouches seem to work well but I am not sure they last for 90 days, especially when it is hot. They appear to dry out and lose their sent quicker but maybe not for the mice and rats.
