It was easy to order, and my package arrived quickly. The packets smell wonderful.

This product does not work. We have it in our chicken coop. Mice are still everywhere and have no problem with the pouches. We have found them hiding under the pouches. You cannot order A ONE TIME ORDER it is a monthly subscription. I have tried canceling and no one has answered my emails and I have another charge on my credit card and another order coming.

So far, so good. Shipping was quick. Scent was tolerable, almost un noticeable after 3 days. So far, no more evidence of mice in our cabin in the woods. Fall will be the better test of this product.

This product does not work, in fact the mice actually chewed up the pouches then I started seeing even more mice which is contrary to their sales pitch. Do yourself favor do not buy or believe the ads, I can't believe Mike Rowe is a spokesperson for this garbage it would have been quicker just to throw my money in the trash and save on shipping. I started using it in February with no positive result

If I could give you more stars I would! Our RV made it through the winter 🥶 mice free thanks to your product.

First of all the delivery was ok. The actual product seems ok so far. I am looking forward to seeing good results as per advertised. I will recommend to others & would reorder if needed.

This was my first time ordering from a company that I knew nothing about other than what the product was and what other customers were saying about it in their reviews. I will have to say that the customer service and turn around times when communicating with Sofyre is outstanding. Not to mention that they always have the answer your looking for. I even got an e-mail from an employee, Dan, and gave me tips on where to place the pouches to be the most effective in order to get rid of the critters around my home. I highly recommend Sofyre to anyone looking for a great alternative to regular chemical products. Great job guys!!

Ordering was easy and any questions I might have had about the product were answered. I just now placed the packs around my garage and storage areas. I hope to see POSITIVE results as in NEGATIVE mice.

I don't always trust purchases on Facebook, but Softer has now been 2 for two on "Fast and Perfect" when it comes to delivery! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

This mouse repellent seems to do it's job at detouring mice from an area, but mine moved to another. I added more pouches to the new area and it helped, but it's a very cluttered area and I'm still trying to get them to leave. For areas not so cluttered I think it would work well. I will likely be ordering more.

Impossible to order mesequito repellant tabes in multiple packs. Gave up, throwing outdoor party. Needed more but gave up. Tried to order more mouse pouch’s in order 3 get 2 free. Ordered 6 together 4 free. I’ll be disappointed lf I get a 6 and 2. Site should show what your actually getting. At least on final receipt

Ordered this in November as a one time only. In April they started a subscription that we did not want or agree to. Sent in a cancelation and still received another shipment in May. Had to call the bank and request a new card. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.. they got us for 120.00
