Got signed up to the site after responding to a Facebook ad for a EUR2 for branded bag
Once you sign up, it is actually an online subscription shopping site where you have to pay a monthly membership to earn credits to purchase items. I cancelled straightaway and before i know it, they tried to take a monthly membership fee of €68,- a few days after, which luckily got declined!
A few weeks later i got mail from there company, that i can get back the full amount of money i paid, in chance for a good review on this website.
This is against my will, but i wanted the money back so i did this, (like everybody else who give good reviews here)
I still haven't got my money back
Stay away from this site and any offer that is too good to be true, is probably is!

I had an issue with a refund, I contacted Customer Service who resolved it immediately. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A++

SAMMY was by far the nicest rep I spoke so far. There was no attitude, unlike some others. And gave prompt information. He is a keeper!!!

I had a call from my bank asking if a transaction was mine, I knew I had not bought any shoes and had not heard of this company. They had taken £2 subscription already and then tried to take more money. I informed the bank and they stopped the second transaction and I cancelled my card. This is inconvenient but I am not prepared to have them take any more payments. The bank said I could not have the £2 subscription cost back as it had gone through :(
My advice is steer clear of them. Shocked how many people on here saying the same about them!

There have been an mistake regarding membership, but everything should be okay now and I get a refund

Cancellatiox of the eventually subcription (that i don't have requide)and refound my credit of 47,80and 7,80plus 2,00euro immediatly!!

Last May 18,2024. I received an email from Sogreatshoes.com Informing me that the cancellation of my subscription is already confirmed and I can still use my total credits of €168.64 euros to purchase in the online Shop, However, I tried to order shoes, three times in your shop, but sad to note that all my orders were not
available so I tried to request for a refund just this morning.And thanks God that a certain Angeline from the Escalation Team help me.

The company's response to my complaint was taken into consideration and it was handled with immediate effect, thank you for the quick response and handling of my query, the company has a great response and escalation team.
