All that Glitters is Not Gold
The bikes may look hansom and well-built, but in my experience they are not what they appear to be.
From the very first day I got the bike it broke. The frame bent like paper. Other problems snowballed. It never worked properly.
The customer service is terrible.
Sörgreni refused to admit the obvious defects in the product. Instead, after countless repair attempts he actually asked me to pay for the on-going repair jobs. It's absurd to pay repairs on something that never worked properly in the first place. It was a bad bike.
The bike eventually got stolen. I guess it is someone else's problem now.
