My experience with solace has been outstanding. My solace advocate has helped me get my prescriptions faster. He worked with the doctor and pharmacy. He is very knowledgeable. Scott collected 610 pages of medical records and secured an appointment with University of Texas South West with specialist who deal with specific types of Cerebral Ataxia not do to usual causes (blood, genetic ect.)He accomplished it in a few weeks. We had been trying to get this done for over 2yrs on our own with many Dr's telling us it's not possible. He also found provider and insurance to get PureWick external catheter at no cost when all other providers told us to come up with $500 for system and $200/mo or you can't have it even though you need it. Sorry was most common response from everyone we had asked to help find a pathway to getting Healthcare and tools to improve disrupted life do to unknown reasons. YEA SCOTT. (WE NOW HAVE HOPE)

Solace hasn't been worth my time, or money.
Solace has done nothing to help me, yet they billed my insurance $ 1000.00. I personally find this sketchy at best, fraudulent at worst.
