Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

My advocate is Gina & she has been such an enormous help in every way. I have never had an advocate before but was really overwhelmed I highly recommend she was with me every step of the way. Thanks so much Gina

I was assigned an advocate who didn't inspire my confidence. When I requested another, I was assigned a very knowledgeable and well-spoken nurse who has navigated my confusion and worries admirably. Her work has been exemplary and I am thrilled at her abilities to interface with my doctors. As well as with the work she has done to provide me with the knowledge I am seeking. Solace has my gratitude. I am sure my care is better than it would be in her absence.

I Love the Way Karen listens and hears me. She helped me with some ideas with my back, and has helped me immensely with dealing with my gastroenterologist. I love the way she checks up on me.

My my Advocate Brooke Waddell has been a godsend. She's navigated the Muddy Waters of the system and we have made real progress. Through her efforts I have made Headway in my ketamine treatment and have been successful at getting approved for glp-1 medication and now have a dietitian. I can't believe the red tape that she has gone through to accomplish all this for me. She is in constant contact with me and I feel like I am not alone but have a fighter in my corner. This woman deserves a raise. I can't tell you enough how good she has been and how much effort she has put into this

She has helped me regain peace of mind. Comes up with questions for my providers that I don't think of.
She has been a big help.

Before joining Solace, I never got answers for my symptoms. Answers that were clearly present on old CT scans. It took years before I received the needed X-rays. To have answers is very important.

The Advocate appointed to me, Leisha Fee, has been so very helpful, thoughtful, pleasant, and such a good listener. She has helped me maneuver different agencies and get a fix on new options. I am quite satisfied with this experience. Many thanks.

I have had a great experience with my helper but my son who has another person is very frustrated with her help. I recommended that he apply with Solace but his experience has been frustrating

My daughter 18 yrs was a client at Solace but left due to staff conflict. She was in need of treatment and contacted Solace. Pedro completed intake. He told her she was accepted and pack your bags. She needed to sign a form not to leave Solace without approval.
Unfortunately, my daughter is going thru problems and needed immediate residential help.
We met with owner Sam in one of the offices. He yelled at my daughter because she smoked a few puffs in the care. She apologized and regretful. She told him she needed help. Well, I sat in the office feeling the worse because he talks down to people and makes you feel terrible about your addiction.
Owner Sam likes to talk about how he once had problems with drug addiction and how he is a self made success story. You think the man would have some compassion because he has kids.
He went on to tell us that his daughter is doing well, she bought a car and has her own apartment. Since, he referred to his 19 yr old daughter and I thought he would have compassion and help my daughter.
He looked at my daughter and told her that the residential house had some good people there. And he will not accept her to this treatment at Solace. He referred her to a place far away with no residential.
The Owner Sam claims to understand the drug disease. But, his a big shot with so many beautiful houses. I never met him before in person. My daughter would tell me he yells and talks down to residents. I had to sit there and listen to him belittle us, just because I was in desperate need for my daughter to get help.
I have worked in public service for over 25 years. I have never heard any of our attorneys talk down to clients in need of understanding and make them feel undeserving and worthless.
SOLACE IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. THANK YOU

I had a scheduled appointment on my day off 7/27 at 10:00 a.m. I had been deluged with marketing pop ups and decided to try as I have struggled to find healthcare since I moved. After waiting for 34 minutes and getting unrespondable texts saying my physician would be with me shortly I received another text asking me to re-schedule. I have continued to be bombarded with marketing but when I tried to reschedule their bookings were full up. Another over marketing ploy to take advantage of the elderly ?? I certainly think so !!!

I was impressed with both the physician who conducted my intro/intake and the nurse practitioner who was assigned to my case. Well-informed, professional and engaging. My caseworker provided useful information about one of my conditions as well as contacts I might use for legal advice. I have referred two of my friend to Solace
