Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

Started with them in 12/2025. I was adamant that I couldn't afford to pay. I was assured that it was covered by insurance. Then 8 months later I start getting bills. They excel at excuses. You won't know the charges for some time. It could vary from month to month. They are bottom feeders.

My needs are never going unmet. In ways where my disability may cause a hinderance, Solace has had my back. Thank you, Solace, for Teri and the medical team who listens to me.

Kira has been wonderful, she has answered all of my medical questions and made good recommendations for me. I have become increasingly disgusted with our current health care system. Appointments take months, my calls are rarely answered, and very few health care professionals appear to care for me as an individual. Kira does.

This is Pam Haleys review. Im not sure why my husbands name is on here! Jill Galombeck has made calls for me and has helped me with my medical needs!
Shes not pushy at all and like so many others that call you and just become petty she is not that way. She schedules our calls and if I need her for anything else, I'll text her.

Melissa is so friendly and helpful. She has done so much helping me find new doctors and places I can put my husband so I can have some down time to take care of myself. So thankful for her. Wished I had done it sooner.

The RN seemed quite intelligent, was organized and communicated well with me and my physicians offices.
As a retired RN case manager I was quite impressed with how thorough she was in looking at ways to provide me with medication my insurance company did not have on the formulary.

Just wait when you least expect it after months of coverage you will be billed. They will tell your previous bills were forgiven so you were never notified but now you have to pay each month and every month thereafter you will have to literally beg for loan forgiveness or pay up.

Get ready to be billed. They will give you no billing estimates. They will say they take your insurance. They will say you are covered. They may take some insurance but they will bill you the rest. In the beginning they will forgive the amount they can’t collect co-pays etc and not tell you this is happening so you will not get a bill for a few months. Then they will bill you out of nowhere. They will tell you they forgive most copays and they may but you will have to get on your knees and beg each month for forgiveness. Like a member of a cult not a patient. I think the “forgiveness” is actually a business model where they can immediately write off the debt or collect it depending on whimsy and caprice.
