If I could give 0 stars i would. I recieved only half of what i ordered, and wrote an email i never got a response on. The quality is also so bad that the clothes are literally unwearable.

Still no refund :(
I received both of my packages and I returned some of the products. I send them my proof of postage with the tracking number and until now they still say they haven't received it... And I never got my return money (which is around 180 euro)

Better then shein
Great delivery, good packaging, and clothes looks like pictures. Some items have snags and one seems to be poorly cut? But for the pricing it’s gone above and beyond. Very cute things.

Package never arrived at my house, won’t give refund!
My package was extremely delayed and their courier service wouldn’t deliver to my house for some reason so I had to go pick it up at a post office! Even though I paid for shipping!
When I tried on the item I was really disappointed to see how badly it was made! The fabric is just slapped together and poorly finished. Pretty much unwearable. Now they’re telling me if I want to return the item I’ll have to pay. Awful!

They don't let you to make a return-refund
Their sizes are not true to size, I ordered M and it corresponds to S. They told me that if I want a refund I have to pay the shipping (60-80€ from EU to CHINA) and to be compensated at 30% of the products I return. for me even one star is too much. I ended up with 7 t-shirts that didn't fit me. poor quality, sizes that don't correspond to reality and because they don't have warehouses in Europe to make returns as easy as in SheIn, but you have to send them at your own expense to China, I don't recommend it to anyone.

They don't allow you to return items…
They don't allow you to return items back because they're based in China so you have to keep items that don't fit or don't suit you and they give you a discount towards if. Not happy I would prefer return.

Quality of the clothes is poor
Quality of the clothes is poor. Basically fashion nova or forever21 status. Returning is basically nonexistent bc it’s not in the United States. So they recommend you keep it and they send you the shipping cost of the item which is like 1/10th of the cost. Then they give you a coupon code for your next visit. It also takes a long time to get to you. Just order from states.
