My solar lights stopped working and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get them glowing again. Once I contacted the company I was sent a replacement. Once again with my 3 sets of sola garden lights my garden is magical at night. Love these lights and the company back their products

We love our festoon and ground garden solar lights - they look fabulous. However, a few of our garden solar lights stopped working so I reached out to SolaGarden, and within no time, they were replaced. Customer service was outstanding! Thank you. Highly recommend.

These are the best lights I’ve ever bought! They look amazing around my garden. A good quality product that stay lit up well into the night. Great value, and a very efficient company. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

I bought the 12 pack of garden lights, amazing… one actually didn’t work but they sent a replacement out straight away

I have had a set of 12 garden lights for 2 years. These ones come with lifetime warranty which is great because they aren’t any more likely to last than the ones you buy from Bunnings. I contacted the company when I only had one light still working. They immediately organised a full replacement set to be shipped no questions asked. They should’ve asked questions because they just organised the shipping straight to the address from 2 years ago. I’ve spent the past couple of weeks trying to sort out the redelivery via Australia Post. The parcel came from a drop shipping company called Union lucky returns. If you do need to organise a replacement they will work quickly on this but if you have changes to your shipping address make sure you specify that at very first contact with them. The lights are pretty while they last.

The team at Sola are super helpful and friendly. The solar lights are of a high quality and give out a far superior amount of light compared to other solar lights.

How refreshing to deal with a company that is happy to replace something without putting you through the 3rd degree.. Paul was amazing to deal with & is sending me out my replacement light .. well done Solar garden lights .

I bought the festoon lights from SolaGarden. They work perfectly. After a few months, I had a slight issue Paul from the team was so helpful to rectify the issue. Really great customer service.

Received the ultimate pack for Xmas which is amazing. We had a few problems with a few of the lights but with a couple of emails and photos replacement light were sent. These lights look great in the garden.

I have made a couple of purchases and have found the after sales and customer service to be A1. Contacting the company is trouble free and the response to my emails is extremely quick which to me shows that they take note of my experience. Wow….I am blown away by the outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased solar lights from Solar garden for my Mums very special 90th birthday. It was such a special event and I wanted everyone be perfect.
That was 2 years ago almost to the day. Unfortunately some of the lights have failed but I recalled the lifetime guarantees offered by the company. Not expecting them to honor it, l thought I’d contact them anyway.
WOW….i had a reply within the hour and the lights are being replaced.
UNBELIEVABLE and so appreciated 🥰
