I've done a lot of research and want to go Solar! I've had friends who used Solar Sesame and they had nothing but kind things to say about the rep that came to their home and made a proposal for them. The sign up process was easy for them and they use quality panels...they also give a referral bonus. So, I'll definitely be helping a friend out and saving money on my PGE bill which I hate paying every month when I get my solar installed! Solar is the way of the future, I'm so excited!

How do I do negative stars…so bad that I’m willing to take the time to leave a review. What an absolute dog S**** show. The worst experience ever and you couldn’t pay me to do this again. ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION. Salesman basically tried to scam me after I signed documents by upping the price of the battery when the numbers had already been established and signed because of the screw up between solar seasame, the financing company Sunnova and the installer. Then absolute no communication from the project manager between him myself and any of the other companies utilized in this process. Now there are solar panels installed on my house in an incorrect layout as opposed to the layout
Revision that I signed which apparently now this company has no oversight of this and it’s on the financial company Sunnova who has also had next to no communication with me or with solar seasame. All of a sudden I find out from the salesman he no longer works here from his direct number rather than an informing call because the project manager was useless as a box of rocks. This mattered because I had to go out of my way to talk to him to find out anything about this project in the 6 plus months it took to have anything happen. Now that solar seasame apparently “no longer operates in north Florida” (from the salesman) I had absolutely zero luck with any contact information on solar seasame site to even get ahold of them. So now my project is lingering with again zero knowledge on what is even the plan of action to get this fixed. Would not recommend any day of the year. Not worth it an absolute terrible experience with an absolute worse company.

These guys are professionals… our energy consultant was transparent, friendly, and helpful when designing a system to cover our electric needs. We ended up not doing it the same day we met with the consultant but he didn’t pressure us into a decision. Their website also included user friendly features that helped us make an informed decision.

We decided to go with SolarSesame in the end because they were offering top-notch gear and service at a fair price. They really did their homework, looking into what we need now and what we might need down the line, and they sized the system just right. After chatting with them, it clicked that a couple of the other, more questionable solar companies had tried to lowball the system size to make their price seem more appealing. When the install day came around, the crew was here bright and early and didn't pack up until everything was done, all in one day!
