The list of problems experienced by Neil Atkinson are almost identical to our experiences during September through to November 2024. Bunch of scammers and if anyone can find out addresses for these numbers 07594 174376 & 07304036599 aliases Dean & Matt Piper.
Looking back why didn’t I put things together!!!

Survey information not passed to installation team. Very late first visit did not have needed materials. Then claimed they did not have the battery.
Next visit did instalation of inverter but claimed they did not have correct leads.
No leads in time next day so no visit.
Final visit on 4th day claimed the installation was complete and insisted they would post the EIC and warranties (contract said within 7 days). Walked away withut any briefing on kit and he shut loft acess so did not get to inspect immediately.
When i finally was able to check in loft
1) Error message on inverter showing it wasn't talking to battery
2) Installation mess left strewn around.
3) Old inverter had been deliberately damaged by riping wiring to front control panel out of connector block which is held by 2 simple clips which had not been undone.
4) Battery installed on floor and pushed back so loft insulation on rear half of battery.
No invoice for payment sent so company informed by email and letter that contract cancelled and would notify them that kit could be collected once disconnected by a reputable contractor and they returned deposit and compensation for damage done to existing inverter.
They are either totally incompetent or scammmers I'll leave that to you to decide.
No response to emails or letter and listed numbers were not recognised and all mobiles tried were turned off.
Ps missing house and car key reported to police

They told us we had a fault on our inverter even though our solar system was working perfectly. They worried us by saying it would be dangerous if left. The engineer who came to replace it and an optimiser on the roof had a rickety ladder and no lights even though the inverter was in the loft. The system was not working when he left but he told me it would in 48 hours. He took the payment before he left but our system is still not working a month later and they have done nothing to sort it and have now stopped answering my calls!

Job not completed. Completion engineer did not appear. Phone contact went unanswered.

Same company as hybrid homes who have a history of scamming people.
Once they wound down director Matthew Graham HOLNESS moved over to this company. Same outfit, different name.

Purchased a PV system from them, shoddy work followed by lies and excuses about certification, warranties and compensation payments. In the end Visa took legal action against them.

Calls go unanswered, emails ignored.
The director is also the director of SOLAR DIRECT UK RENEWABLES LTD and HYBRID HOMES. Avoid!

Good experience with Chris who was very professional and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend him and SUR for anything solar.

First class service! 5 stars from start to completion. Highly knowledgeable staff, engineers & fitters.
To anyone considering saving money with said services then do it with Solar uk renewables!

Took out a maintenance contract with Wayne a couple of months back, had to put it to use when my system kept cutting out last night which my electric solely relys on, They had an emergency team out to me within 8 hours and got it resolved absolutely wonderful.

Had Patrick come and do a aftercare check on my system well mannered polite, showed full id on arrival check was carried out ad explained on the full.
Gave advice on how to make system operate at a higher level took full Care of me and took his time to explain to me what was happening

Had Liam round yesterday who showed me how well my system was performing, I’ve gone ahead with the battery system he recommended and given he beat my other 4 quotes I must say, I’m more then happy with how professional the job was done. Lovely service and will be using again, thank you solarukrenewables

scammers who pray on the vulnerable! This company cold called my mother and sold her a product for her solar panels for thousands of pounds knowing full well she has severe dementia. They refused to give back the whole deposit amount and classified it as an ‘admin fee’. Thankfully I was called by her neighbour and intercepted the installation. Do not trust this company they have no morals and prey on the elderly that are vulnerable.
