SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND RECEIVE NOTHING

This is a scam website do not buy!
I purchased shoes on the website 3 weeks ago received nothing, they provide a tracking number with no updates on tracking and customer service does not give any help. I lost $350 to this scammer do not fall for it you will lose your money! Reported to fairtrading

Good Never arrived

Ordered my son's Christmas present and without going into a long history the goods never arrived after being rejected by customs and returned to sender i.e. sole au. Contacted sole au on a number of occasions for updates(they never contacted me) I decided it was best to cancel this order, this was on 8th Jan!!!!. This is when the real fun started-when I requested a refund I was told despite waiting all this length that I would have to wait until they were returned by Australian Post to sole au(i am in Ireland). When I pushed further and explained that I would I be writing a review and asking my credit card for chargeback I was like other reviewers here accused of threating and abusive behavior and threatened with the authority's, I was informed that I would have to contact their legal team(which they have refused to give me the name and contact details of). They are now ignoring my mails and yesterday issued me a store credit(less some charges) and not a refund as agreed in an email. Again they are ignoring my emails asking why it was a store credit and not a refund as I am not sure why they would want to do business again with an "abusive person". I am working with my credit card company and some family in Australia to obtain a refund on this order. I would like to point out that I was absolutely NOT abusive or threating in anyway, I am happy to provide the emails of the conversation between myself and sole au to anyone to prove this.

Here is the extract from my email I would like to see how that ties back you response to the review.

That's ok if you're refusing, I will speak to my credit card company today advising that there is a fraudulent transaction on my credit card and request an immediate cash back. I will also be posting reviews on all Irish websites advising people to not use your company.

Australia Post has advised us to wait until January 16th for the item to make its way back.

Once it is with us, we will arrange for a refund.

If you want to forward me the emails that you claim you sent with your legal team details I will remove that bit of the review. Maybe they went to spam.

I certainly will be contacting your legal team and require you immediately remove your statement that I made racial slurs or death threats EVER no mind at 1am in the morning.

I was willing to remove the review regarding the contact details if you could proof that they had been sent and had gone to my spam, I am not making false claims I have not received these details from you. And I am not blackmailing you either

This the last time I will post regarding my experience after this let the consumer make up their mind. In response to you last response

1. I did NOT refuse any custom charge and I would really have no idea how to contact the Ireland customs department. In fact why would I refuse a custom charge and then chase you for delivery it actually makes no sense. You explained the problem was with ABF in your email to me and encouraged me to seek compensation

We have followed up with Australia Post and we met the export requirements and the customs refusal was an error with Australian Border Force or Australia Post themselves.

We have not received back your item yet.

ABF contacted us and told us the export decline was not our fault and an error on their end. You can contact them to confirm this.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused but there is nothing we can do until the item is returned to us.

Please contact Australia Post or ABF to lodge a complaint or ask for compensation.

2. I agree with point two but this would have been 8 weeks later this is a lot of money to be out of pocket for something I did not receive.

4. You have charged me for the shipping or something by only returning the store credit below. Paid including shipping $599

5.You offered to send out the shoes only once you received them back which would have been 16th Jan this was a Christmas present for my son!!!!!!!

6.In terms of a store credit why would I deal with a company who yesterday publicly and falsely accused me of making death threats and racist abuse at 1am in the morning.

7. I will take up the refund issue with my bank in Ireland.

Lastly I have not made any threats, or abused anyone in your company the review posted is an honest review in my opinion and as stated before I am happy to provide back up emails for all of this.

We are disheartened to see this review as we have done everything possible to assist you despite the abuse, threats and now this highly misleading review from you.

1. Your item was returned to us by Australian Border Force as you yourself had contacted customs in Ireland to refuse delivery of the parcel as you did not wish to pay about 9 euros (9 USD) in customs clearance fees. We offered to pay for you however you refused.

2. We advised you that once the item was successfully received by us in Australia, we would issue you a refund.

This is despite the fact our small business would be losing money from transaction fees and shipping costs incurred to us from your refusal of the package at the border.

3. Once we received back the item, we attempted to issue you a full refund on the same day however our system failed to process it due to an active dispute with your credit card company.

We contacted your bank in Ireland and were informed to wait for them to resolve the dispute.

We offered to send the item out to you again but you refused. We offered store credit but you also refused this.

We have done everything in our power to help you despite having threats from you the whole time.

ordered a pair of Nike panda dunks from here, paid over $200 for one of my sneakers to come with a bright red stain and the other to come torn on the bottom.

We sell Nike Panda Dunks for $100. It does not make sense how you purchased them from us for more than double the price.

We also cannot find any orders under the name and email address you provided nor any record of any emails received with the issue you are describing.
