Has been 8 months and still no order been delivered! Email weekly for update or refund and get absolutely no response!

Haven’t received my item that I ordered a month ago. I advise everyone that has had this issue to report this business to trading standards so they will be stopped from scamming more people

Never received the item that I ordered back in June 2024 and refused to refund me. They send standard responses to your emails. I am surprised they have not been investigated by Trading standards and shut down. I reclaimed the money via my bank who are now pursuing the company to reimburse them. Don’t purchase anything from this company who are untrustworthy.

They were very nice showing back respect that most accounts don’t do to low count followers accounts I appreciate the offering and would love to work with them

I made an order on 12 October number 15690 and I still have not received the item. It said in their website deliver method via ups worldwide delivery next day but this very misleading. The customer service has been very poor and there is still no reassurance whether or when I will receive the order. I am now considering my options and filling a case against this company as I feel they is something not right about their business and I feel they have taken my money and will not post the product I bought. Please be very careful and never buy anything from this company.

Awful company!! I bought a hoodie for my partner for his birthday and it never arrived. I emailed them and they apologised and said they would send the item as soon as possible. The item still hasn't arrived so I've requested a refund and have had no response from them. What a waste of over £100 - avoid like the plague!!

I ordered a jacket in September it’s now November and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve been trying to contact someone with an update but there is no response. I’ve just given the company over £100 without any product.

Bought some sunglasses which didnt suit my face. Returned them paying an additional £6 to send them back. The parcel has been picked up by Sole 3 months ago but they refuse to send me any refund? The company clear has no longevity and is here just for a quick buck. Would avoid

I ordered from this shop over two months ago, but my item never arrived. I reached out multiple times asking for my money back or at least an update on my order, but no one ever responded. Frustrated with the silence, I decided to investigate and find out who actually owns this store. It was easier than I thought. The owner goes by "Ecom King" on YouTube, but his real name is Kamil Sattar, and he's behind this so-called brand. I feel deceived, and it seems I'm not alone—he’s taken our money with no intention of delivering. I'm sharing this to warn others and help hold him accountable for this scam.

Not sure if this place is a con, ordered jeans over a week ago. £135. No communication or reply to messages. Still no jeans and no idea what to do now. Think i ve been conned so be aware of online shopping and avoid this site.

Worst customer experience team.
I ordered an item 6 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived despite emailing them numerous times.
I have also not received a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails.

Ordered a blouse from Sole et al 6 months ago. It seems to look like a beautifull blouse, but it is a blouse that is supplied directly by the worst factory in China. I contacted them by email, sent photos and they would take care of this. Kept on the line for 6 months and have not received anything to this day. nice products but a **** company. don't buy!!!!!
