My code isn’t working. I was promised that there isn’t an expiry date on the code after I already paid Klarna for the remaining money. I returned you guys items and you wouldn’t accept a refund. So you gave a code. I am now trying to purchase and it isn’t going trough. Neither are you replying to my emails. I will file a report if I don’t have a response.

If I could rate it a 0 I would, ordered a silk shirt with a print on it and they sent me a ruffled shirt that looks nowhere even remotely like the picture from the website. Waste of money and their customer service is a joke

The product made my 6ft 4 inch son look like the Michelin man!!
I wanted to send back but they have a scam whereby as it was bought with a discount code I can only get store credit. Please not buy these people.

Nobody processing orders, noone on the phone, no answers via email... someone needs to go there and check if they still alive they must have had a gas leak or something

If I could rate zero stars I would! Biggest scam of a company! Takes your money, claims the product is delivered but they never actually deliver anything! Refuse to return your money as well. All real reviews get deleted and all that gets left is the bot generated “DM me 🔥” comments on their social media. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've orderd and paid a item june 5th 2024, today it is sept 23rd 2024. Many emails send, many automatic answers. But still haven't received my order.

Don’t buy anything from them. Here are the reasons why?
- I bought two pairs of sunglasses. The description was like they were out of this world. What arrived was a plastic probably €1 to make. After checking with UV light they don’t even have protective lenses.
The silver pair looked amazing on the photos but when it arrived it was a silver cheap plastic in transparent plastic bag.
Black ones were the same just black. And massive .

I requested the return. They asked me to pay for the tracked shipping. I did. After 5 weeks not hearing from them I wrote 3 emails and they finally tell me I have. £120 voucher to spend.
So I spent on pair of shorts and some tabirt on sale.
THE STUFF IS STILL PENDING After 3 months.
They wouldn’t respond to me emails

I asked Klarna to dispute it for me and thankfully I got my money back.

This is a brand that people can wear everyday. Nice Quality and Designs. Very Authentic

Ordered a bunch of items for my birthday. Their shipping terms said all items are mailed in 3-5 days. After 10 I reached out and they told me I basically needed to wait until the items were made.. okay? They aren’t preorder so whatever that’s bs. So for the next 3 weeks they just continue to blow me off until I eventually ask for a refund to which they bs me again so I bring up doing a chargeback if they won’t refund and won’t mail my stuff. They then create a fake shipping label for 1kg which is impossible for all my items to be that weight. It then says “ups waiting on items” for the next month as I argue with them over the fact that they never shipped then while they lie to me saying they did. I was on the phone with the ups international shipping branch who also said they never gave them anything to which sole et al would say that the LITERAL UPS reps were wrong even when sending them the written email from the ups rep declaring they never got the parcel. Finally I gave them a final warning and said they can either refund or mail me the items by end of day after 2.5 months of waiting. They didn’t and I initiated the chargeback with my back. 10 minutes later I get an email threatening them taking legal action with me as well as a notification saying ups received my items. I told them to go get the items because I declined the package to which they didn’t and now I’m still dealing with import taxes on items I never received. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Absolute rip-off, I ordered a high quality tank top and after 2 weeks I received a crumpled green T-shirt without a label. All attempts to communicate with the Sole team were either completely ignored or I was told someone would get back to me tomorrow. Nothing for 2 months.

This really is the worst experience I have ever had with an online store.

The motto "for the people" is a ridiculous double standard. It's all about money and profit and nobody takes responsibility for the mistakes.

Pathetic

Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 pairs of pants and it took 3 weeks to ship. When I received my order I was sent the wrong color. They told me to return the item on my expense to a P.O. Box in the UK and receive store credit. They didn’t provide a return label, as a customer that purchased from them multiple times this is upsetting. Had to open a dispute on my credit card.
