Today makes it 10th day I made an order and yet to receive nothing. I ordered 2 shirts on the 7th of June and have gotten nothing. This is the poorest brand I have dealt with. I can’t recommend anyone to buy anything if my order can’t be delivered

Horrible service ordered my items 4 months ago and still haven’t gotten them, requested a refund which they have lied about giving me and stopped responding to my emails. Don’t waste your money and Time on this scam site

Very tactful scammers , show you and ad and let’s you buy without giving full information. I ordered a product and it’s almost a month now and it’s not even been shipped . Contacted them to cancel the order and they refused . Never again

This company is fake made a purchase months ago and never received my order or my money back been emailing customer service every week for them to say the same exact thing every time that my order is coming but still months later have not received anything

I didn’t even want to give them one star, but there are no options for zero star. These guys are scammers, plain and simple. They’re not even a company. They send you poorly made items with no tags, and then say for you to get a refund, you need to send the items back with the tags. When there were no tags to begin with. Then you have to pay for shipping yourself to send them back. Then they don’t even give you a refund, only store credit. So their strategy is to get the first sale and they know you’re never getting your money back and you’re never ordering from them ever again. Pure scam. Stay away from them. The quality of their items is pure garbage. Plus you wait forever to get them. Run from these scammers. Don’t let their nice pictures on instagram fool you. It’s a lie.

I’ve got a Hoodie and bodysuit from Sole et ai
Must admit it’s the best quality. The hoodie is so nice and thick yet soft from the inside and I love how big the hood is, I can easily wear my chunky headphones either under or over the hood.
The bodysuit material is extremely soft and stretchy, is so figure hugging I loveee ittt !!

I ordered a shirt and pants from this company and had to exchange the shirt for a larger size. I paid to have the original shirt returned to them, received store credit to purchase the new shirt, and repurchased the shirt. However, I never received the new shirt. When I asked them for a refund, they never responded back. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I ordered an item on the 26th of April, and have had no correspondence from your company since that date other than the fact that you have taken two payments for this order through my Klarna account.
I have sent several messages chasing this order through your website, and have received no response - where is my order???

Please can someone just give me an order update

I ordered a pair of their cute woman's work out shorts on June 2nd. When you order from them they have this offer of free next-day shipping! So I had the idea it would come quickly. I was wrong. On June 5th, when I had not gotten a shipping notification email I emailed them and asked, "When will you guys ship this order?"

They replied quite quickly and told me "When the order ships you will get a confirmation email sent to you."

This was not what I asked. So I thought they missed the WHEN bit. I emailed back and said, "I know how to check my emails and follow tracking, yet what I was asking was WHEN will the item ship?"

They responded by canceling my order. I will never recommend them lol what a joke of a company.

Your Order just doesn’t turn up, been waiting over a month and a half and I’ve still received nothing. I was told the stock would be coming back in within the next couple of days but that was over a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP, THIS IS A SCAM! One month waiting from my other and they told me that I don't have to pay taxes and then I have to pay more 190€. After that I open my order and my orther was wrong and the quality of material is completely low quality. After that they block me on my instagram because I wrote a comment complaining about the situation. Please don't give money to this kids because this is a SCAM.

Guys, I am waiting for my order 3 months. 11 mails and with promises to send. And still nothing 🤷🏼‍♂️. Guys are doing very nice stuff, but organisation does not work 😭

Dont get me started on the quality of the items from sole et. Al. Buying from sole et. Al is an absolute steal considering the quality of product you receive. I had text messages throughout the whole process updating me, from the minute my order was placed to the minute my order arrived (LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER!).

Firstly would like to compliment their team in being great throughout my order and mistake! I had ordered the puffer jacket but soon realised I had selected the wrong size which they were happy to help with. I received a quick response and they happily fixed my error with no delay to original delivery date. The quality is superb and I will definitely be buying more items in the future! Thank you!
