Bought a shirt on the 9th of July today is the 24th of July. I just got it. The quality is horrible. It’s like really bad quality like I asked ask for a refund. They’re telling me that they’re not giving me a refund. Gonna give me a credit note. Do not do not waste your money and buy anything of this website. I would I never done stuff like this before talk about a close brand. This is my first time and I promise you do not do not buy anything from them. You will regret.

I placed an order 3 months ago, they told me it will be on its way bla bla bla. I am currently asking for an immediate refund and they dont even reply. I spend over 100 pounds and they dont even bother to send me my piece of cloth—disgusting customer service. Dont ever order anything in this clothing brand

Worst customer service ever, placed an order over a week ago for next day delivery and still waiting for an update. Very disappointing

Please believe all the other reviews about this fraudulent company. You will pay money and never receive product. You will also not get a refund.
It is fraud and theft. Plain and simple.
I am taking legal measures to get my money back. An operation like this needs to be held to account

I ordered some items in the beginning of March and haven’t received them, constant back and forth emails, the first time I asked for a refund they in a nutshell said no and to wait for my product because there was an issue outside of their control, then I stated I appreciate that but I’d still like a refund. That was 2 weeks ago.. no reply. DO NOT purchase from this site

DON’T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I repeat, DON’T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They will take your hard earned money and send you rubbish quality products. I emailed them to say I wasn’t happy with my purchase as it looked nothing like the picture, I received the following:

I return my item the next day and almost a month later I still haven’t received my store credit and I’ve had no response to my numerous emails. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible! Customer server was extremely, painfully, unhelpful. Cost $150 to return to UK from US for an exchange that never occurred. Reached out numerous times for an update and it was different thing each time. Negative stars should be a thing

Don't touch this company. I saw the bad reviews but really liked the product they were advertising so thought it wouldn't happen to me. What I've discovered since is that they don't have or have access to most of the products they stick on their site. Been waiting for my trousers since March and now my money is stuck with these guys so can't use it for my festival outfits this year. No response from them. Been months of trying to contact them. They sent a UPS tracking code to me last month and sent me on a wild goose chase trying to locate the package until I spoke to UPS and they said they had never actually been given anything for me. It's all smoke and mirrors and no substance with these guys. Shady, evil, soulless.

SCAMMERS! Like other who have posted their reviews, I ordered a shirt for next day delivery ($75). I waited months and it did not arrive. I had to email support 4-5 times and got no help, just automated responses. Then all of a sudden I got a notification saying my package was delivered, even though UPS never showed it as shipped! Now they will not respond to my emails at all. Don't understand how this is legal.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!. I Ordered next day delivery a month ago and my orders have not been shipped. I have sent multiple emails but I get same automated message (word for word) without addressing my concerns. I have reported them to PayPal and will be contacting trading standards.

I have sent multiple emails about order 14906 And received no response and no emails showing the jacket has shipped, I am about ready to open a claim with my payment carrier. I will change this review if you will respond about the status of my order please.

I ordered a shirt, it took over a month to be delivered and then they delivered the wrong shirt, their customer service lied to me 3 times about how long the delivery will take, gave me attitude through emails also and now they are ignoring my emails completely now that I’m asking for a refund or the actual shirt that I wanted

Absolutely terrible, I wasn’t aware they had such a bad rating until now, but I’m not surprised

This is quite honestly the WORST website I have ever purchased from. Con artists to say the least! I have returned the awful shirt I bought for my husband’s birthday and have still not received a refund - this was over a month ago. They do not get back to emails and I have been charged for an item of clothing that I do not possess. I honestly wish I never clicked on the site. Save your money and time!

I am going into 4 weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. They have products on their website that they do not even have in stock & or have in store & they continue to still sell them & promise customers next day delivery.
They are a non-refund company & they’re 0 exceptions on refunds & 9/10 they will stop responding to you via email if you inquire about the order.

Very unprofessional & a scam of a company. The CEO of the company on his social media platforms will either also leave you nasty comments or leave your message on read and not respond if you inquire about your order online like on IG.

Its a lose, lose, situation - and there photos online of different rappers & superstars wearing there merchandise is all false advertisement. They are essentially just profiting off the culture in my opinion…

For anyone who reads this - I would recommend not ordering from them. Unless you want to experience having your money lost - and having to report fraud to your bank….

Also - another thing - any 5 star reviews you see that are left on here by a customer is a lie. They have customers leave good reviews to balance out there bad reviews because there’s more bad than good

Like all of the other reviews this site is a total scam! Ordered next day delivery 17 days ago and nothing, have contacted them 10 times now and all you get is the same automated message. Will be contacting trading standards

Order an item they sent me the wrong size so requested a refund, they offered store credit and I said no I want my refund. I returned item by sign delivery and over a month later no refund has been made despite me receiving two emails promising a refund. DO NOT buy from them, they are thieves!!!

Think twice before using this company!! My son ordered a shirt which when it came he didn’t like, I messaged and said I’d be sending it back for a refund to which they said (about 6 emails later) they will give him a store credit note. No I want a refund thank you like it states on your website!! No refund or credit note so far and I sent the shirt back tracked and signed for as I knew they was going to be awkward!! My advice ….be very wary using this site!!!

Fast shipping

This site is a complete scam . I ve ordered a pair of glasses a month ago and received no information on it. I decided to ask the customer support politely to refund my order and they just said that "your order was slightly delayed" and they keep lying to my face about my delivery . This site is a crap!

Absolute shambles. Ordered on the 30th May, with next day delivery, after countless attempts to receive my order and 4 false promised of my order being dispatched, repeatedly asking for a refund. Still no order a month on and no refund, now receiving no response.
