VERY POOR SERVICE

Booked an appointment to make a will. I received several reminders not to be late.When I arrived I filled in forms and gave them the required ID and waited.
After 15 minutes I asked receptionist how much longer I would have to wait,was told not long now. After a further 5 minutes I asked for my paperwork to be returned and told them I would not being staying any longer. At no time was I told that there was a delay nor was any apology offered for the delay.
I consider to be kept waiting for over 20 minutes to be very poor especially when no explanation was offered. Ver poor service
