When trying to restore a client's website, I learned that SolidWP's legacy backup product, Backup Buddy, has been replaced by a more reliable one. As a non-technical, 14-year subscriber to the original product, that caused tremendous complications. (OK, so I was panicked.) The committed customer service techs held my hand with step-by-step instructions in personalized videos and helped me accomplish the mission within about three days.

Coming from Backupbuddy to Solid Central was quite a transition. Honestly, I found it difficult at first to make the transition but thankfully Brent and the team from SolidWP made it so much easier. Solid is a Good Description
I've been using SolidWP for years through a few different names, but I think this one will stick. "Central" makes it easy to keep plugins updated on multiple unrelated sites. "Stash" is where I can quickly skim through and get status of my backups. And of course, the software behind those backups is a critical part of keeping my business running.
I don't need support often, but when I do they're on it. They don't just blow you off to get the ticket closed because they're overwhelmed. They make sure the problem is solved. Which, really, is the point of support, yet so many companies get that wrong. I remain a happy customer.
